That is a phrase that was written by “@Never Give Up Freedom” on Truth Social. He also wrote:

A friend of mine and I were sharing my earbuds. WE are at work. Both of us had tears streaming down our cheeks. Others asked why we were crying and I said, “WE are watching Charlie Kirks memorial and the world is changing forever. Jesus is back and stronger than ever.” Many had no idea it was going on. They know now and I can hear the ceremony being played on phones all around us.

Glorious.

Of all the machinations of man…

A New Year’s Eve message.

The views of our physical world, and the so-called “brainiacs” who think they know it all, are often those who are missing out on God’s message in the Bible.

People who don’t know about the genuine Truth, according to the Scriptures, choose to live their lives in a sort of “quiet” desperation. Why? Because without the indwelling of the Holy Spirit of God in one’s heart (who is meant to guide us unto all truth), the “things of this world” do not ultimately satisfy our souls. God’s written Word is the most important message of all time! It points to our Savior, Jesus Christ!

It’s sad to note that those who reject Him, often lead lives of desperation. And, it doesn’t matter how rich or poor one is! The lack of the knowledge of salvation through Jesus Christ our Lord, is the saddest way to live.

Christ transforms us in so many ways! It happens spiritually, emotionally, intellectually, and physically! Don’t miss His message, for it’s the greatest message of all time! Read the Beatitudes in Luke 6:20-26.

As we remember on this Good Friday here in 2024, what our Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ, did for us on the Cross at Calvary, we thank Him for His redemption of those who believe in Him.

Our sadness and grief at the foot of the cross of Christ turns to joy, because three days later, Jesus rose from the dead on Resurrection Sunday! This fact proves to us who He is…the Savior of the world!

Palm Sunday and the Significance of Jesus’ Triumphal Entry into Jerusalem

Insight into Jesus’ Triumphal Entry into Jerusalem.

Dear Readers,

This is one of the best posts about Palm Sunday. In 2015, Passover fell on Good Friday. It is known by most Christians that the crucifixion, death, three days in the grave, resurrection, and ascension of Jesus Christ was all in fulfillment of Passover. [Note: click on the link above to read the entire post.]

In addition, we should also recognize the significance of Palm Sunday and how Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem, riding on a lowly donkey, is deeply related to the time in history when King David was rejected by Israel:

…historically and geographically – to a particular event and place in Israel’s past that would resonate with the tens of thousands of Jews who had come to Jerusalem from throughout the Roman world to celebrate this Passover.

To see what they saw, we have to go back to about 975 B.C. to a time when King David was rejected by Israel and driven into exile by his own son.

It’s a fascinating story and well worth a read, but for the sake of time, we’ll focus on those details Jesus used – and the details his contemporaries, who were hoping for the restoration of David’s throne and the return of Solomon’s golden age, would have recognized.

Married for 34 years to my wonderful husband! Two grown adult children, a wonderful son-in-law and beautiful granddaughter in whom we treasure and enjoy life.

This blog is named “Talk Wisdom” because one of the main purposes of writing here is to share the wisdom of God – the only absolute and true wisdom – that is contained within the Scriptures of the Bible. As a born-again Christian, it is my desire to heed and share Paul’s encouragement and warnings in 2 Timothy 3:1-17

2 Timothy 3:16 – All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,
2 Timothy 3:17 – that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

Talk Wisdom’s goal is to defend the tenets and values of Biblical Christian faith. We defend our Constitutional Republic and Charters of Freedom, especially when speaking out against destructive social and political issues. As followers of our Savior and Lord, we should boldly stand up for Jesus Christ in our present circumstances. He is our Savior, Lord, and King, and His love needs to be shed abroad in our hearts and in our world – now.
