So the motto of the government’s of how “we are COMBATTING the scam artists, ENFORCING the harsher punishments” are all a, LIE then???  What CAN we expect, we are, RULED under these mother FUCKERS (don’t pardon me!) who only have sights on how to keep themselves in office and how to SCAM us all for all our tax dollars to get them into their own, pockets, huh???  The ZERO efficacy of DDP’s propaganda of scam combatting, and we’re still allowing these mother FUCKERS (so???) continue too RUIN all our lives here, we are, SLAVES under the REIGN of TERROR of the DDP here…off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The family of five in Fengyuan,, Taichung scammed to invest in gold, took their own lives, the district attorney’s office charged the primary suspect, the woman, Lee on counts of fraud and other charges, asked the courts for fifteen years or more with the courts, this led to the public’s questioning: three years for a life that’s lost, is it not too cheap, how the justice system measures the con artists’ malice?

The people’s questioning of this came from the past justice systems’ ruling on the matters of the con artists for being way too lenient, but it’s also, misunderstood.  The asking of the D.A.’s office for fifteen years for the con artists is the limited restrictions of sentencing based off of current laws already, without the “life for a life” possibilities included in.  The members of the public compared the severe punishment of the Chinese government toward the northern Burmese Telecommunications Scam of sixteen perpetrators’, the real reason behind the “harsh” sentencing of these individual is because they were also involved in drugs, weapon charges, murders, and many other, crimes; but, there were the convicted con artists who had been sentenced to the death penalties because the victims of the schemes had committed suicide too.

The harsh combatting, severe punishments against the con artist groups in China, had deeply rooted in the minds of the Taiwanese public.  There are now, the rare incidents of con artists being extradited to China and someone spoke up against it, which showed, that the severe punishments for the scam artists became one of the rare consensus of people from both sides of the straits.

But, the combatting of con artists isn’t limited to the severe sentencing, but on whether or not the convicted are actually made to pay a very high, price for what they’d, done; and this is done through amending the constitution, enforcing the laws, indictments, the decisions of the court, to sentencing the criminals, to the courts confiscating all illegally made assets, and the restitution toward the victims, etc., etc., etc., all of these need to be tied together closely, to not allow the convicted smiling radiantly as they made bail, first trial severe sentence, second trial, sentence cut in half, by the third, free of charge, or the situations of “transferring the money gained by the scams out” and the like.

There are the blind spots of combatting the scams all over.  Other than the holes in the systems of how the financial institution’s lacking oversight supervision of the money flow in the Prince Group case, as the Executive Department is passing the laws to severely sentence the criminal charges of the scam artists, the deputy mayor of Taoyuan, Su pointed out the problem of platform management; there are around 150 million messages of fraud online, and Meta only removes 4.3 million on its own, with almost NO efficacy of preventing the scams; while the reporting of the LINE scams as, similar.

Would the government of the DDP and Lai really put the foot down, against the platforms controlled by American and Japanese funded websites?  Clearly, the cheap means of combatting scams aren’t just employed by the justice department!

And so, this is, a huge problem, because we are encountering a ton of messages from scam artists on a minute to minute basis, the line messages, the text messages, even the phone calls from unknown persons, and no matter how many times we blocked these god damn numbers, they still come through, because the government is too incapable, to deal with the sources of the problem: the punishment isn’t harsh enough, and, the bails for these con artists are too easily achieved, as there are the bigshot bosses behind the screens, making the whole system up and running, and besides, all those had been caught, arrested, taken into custody, are the smaller players of these larger organizations.  There’s no way of uprooting this from the source, because, the source is god knows where, out of the country, pulling the strings!
