Trump: the War in Iran is Finished, Iran Threatened to Enlarge the Areas of the Embargoes

No one can stop Trump’s order of EMBARGOING ALL the ports in Iran, because NOBODY wants to get involved in this WAR that Trump bypassed the American Congress to START against Iran…off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The U.S. Central Command stated on the 15th, that U.S. had embargoed all the ports in Iran, and severed off the marine traffic in and out of Iran completely, that in no more than a day and a half, it’d caused the economic activities in Tehran to become stagnant.  But there was another report that claimed, there are still the merchant fleets that are passing through the Strait of Hormuz continually.

Cooper, the commander of the U.S. Central Command stated on the fifteenth, that in no more than thirty-six hours of embargoing the ports in Iran, the American military had halted ALL Iranian trade and economical activities by the seas; ninety-percent of Iranian economic activities is from the trades by sea.  And since the embargo, no ship had, break through the embargo zones.

Trump orders blockade of Iranian ports around Persian Gulf after failed peace talks over the weekend – YouTube

The Wall Street Journal reported, that the U.S. Central Command pointed out, that the American Military on the morning of the thirteenth American Eastern Time, started embargoing all the ships entering into Iranian ports, mobilizing more than 10,000 Marines, Navies, and Air Force, deploying more than ten military battleships, and planes, including the USS Lincoln, land U.S.S. Tripoli, and multiple guided missile destroyers.  The embargo didn’t blockade all ships from passing through the Strait of Hormuz, but restricted the ships entering in and out of Iranian ports and the coastal regions of Iran.

American officials stated, that if the Iranian ships are caught by the American military, they will be escorted to the temporary holding location in the Arabian Sea or the Indian Ocean, then, the ships will be sent to the permanent holding locations.  The U.S. is currently assessing the ships it can confiscate, and may employ the drones to target the speed boats of the IRGC, but currently, there’s no open fire on any oil rigs departing from Iranian ports.

Based off two other American officials’ statements, in the last twenty-four hours, there’d been more than twenty merchant ships that were allowed passage through the Strait of Hormuz, including the cargo ships in and out of the Persian Gulf, the container ships, and oil rigs too; some of the ships, to avoid getting raided by Iran, shut off their transponders when sailing.

CNN analyzed on the 15th, that there are still merchant ships sailing across the Strait of Hormuz, but that doesn’t invalidate Cooper’s claims.  First, the U.S. military only embargoed the ports that belonged to Iran in and out of the Strait, not the Strait itself, the ships that didn’t sail from or into Iran can still pass.  Based off of Admiralty Laws, blockading of international waterways is illegal.

Secondly, the U.S. military can still cease the ship with Iranian cargoes, to embargo them.  Meaning, that even if the ship had sailed far away from the Strait, there’s still a chance of them getting, targeted in international waters.

unlikely that Iran will, back down too! Off of YouTube

Will Iran buckle under Trump’s blockade of its ports? | DW News – YouTube

Analysts told, modern day technology can expand the embargo far.  The former Navy Colonel, Shuster said, the American fleets wouldn’t need to get deployed to the Persian Gulf, and still be able to embargo Iran completely.  The U.S. Central Command told, that more than twelve fleets are currently being embargoed.

At least, the few days before the embargo, the oil rigs can’t sail too far, the fully loaded oil rigs can only sail about no more than thirty-two kilometers, not much faster than the bicycle’s speed.  With the scale of the American Navy and capabilities, it can chase the ships that sailed in and out of the Persian Gulf for weeks at a time, no matter where these ships sailed, to.

On the fourteenth, the American Thinktank, “the Institute for the Study of War” pointed out, that there’s no clear geographic boundary of the American embargo on the ports in Iran, until the related ships sailed into the terminal harbors, the U.S. can intercept them at anywhere on the international waters.

with ALL of these military bases, now, FAIR GAME for IRAN! Map from online

So, this is, a FREE PASS for U.S. to ABUSE its power to take any country’s ships into “protective custody” because these ships are sailing in AND out of Iran, and this is still BULLSHIT and I can’t believe, that the international world is, condoning to this, BULLSHITTING, behavior by Trump!

And yet, does any OTHER country in this god damn FUCKING (so???) world put an end to this, mother FUCKER’s (don’t pardon me!) behaviors?

The Five School Children Were Horseplaying & Hit Their Classmate, the Parents of the Children Were Ordered by the Court to Pay $300,000N.T. to the Child Who Was the Target & His Parents

How easily, kids these days, can “mask” up bullying into, horseplay, and yet, it still got, BUSTED, and the parents are the ones, paying for it, because these are elementary school, BABIES that had, physically ASSAULTED their, classmate, because they were, “playing”, and these perpetrators only still received their, “equal shares of” slaps on the wrists…off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

A first grader in an unnamed elementary school in the city of Taipei was bullied by five of his classmates using the “game of tag”, beaten, kicked, physically bullied, his mother went to school and saw her own young getting subdued by his arms, with his classmates beating her son’s abdomen like crazy, the mother demanded the bullies to pay three million dollars N.T..  The Taipei District Court confirmed that the five students’ behaviors constitutes as bullying, mandated that the five students and their parents to pay the victim and his parents a total of $300,000N.T.s.  This can still be appealed.

does this look like, “horseplaying” to you??? Photo from online

The victim’s parents stated, that their child started hitting at home at the start of January of 2024, and asking the family members he’d hit, “does it hurt?  You must bear with it, because this is acting” and mother absurd statements, he’d had repeated nightmares too, and begged his parents to dress him in thicker clothing every day, begun having stomach pains with no apparent, causes.

On March first, the mother of the victim went to school, and she witnessed her son getting held back by his classmates by the arms, with another student beating his abdomen like crazy, and attempted to fly-kick him, as the lookout student saw her, he’d hollered, that was when the group ran off scattered.  As the parents went home and asked the child, they’d learned that the classmates used the excuses of playing the “game of catching the monsters” to make their son the “monster”, and the five repeatedly beaten, and kicked their own son.

The parents reviewed the school’s surveillance camera footages, and found that their son had been bullied from February 16th to March first repeatedly by his classmates, the parents called the police, the school also confirmed that the incident constitutes as bullying, but the five students who bullied the victim and their parents showed no remorse whatsoever, nor had any of them apologized genuinely, the parents of the bullied boy asked for a total of three million dollars N.T. in restitution.

The five students and their parents rebutted, that the children were only playing that game of tag, chasing each other around, just playing, there’s no bullying involved, even if they went overboard in play, it still didn’t constitute as physical bullying, and the victim student participated in play on his own, which clearly showed that he wasn’t, singled out or that the group targeted him, and the students already apologized to him, and he’d forgiven them, but the parents of the bullied child pressed charges against them and their young, that this was a violation of principles.

The courts used the records of surveillance kept by the school, the documented interviews by the school, confirmed that the five student had physically beaten the victim with their fists, kicked his shoulders, punched him in the face, dragging him, etc., etc., etc., the five also told that “we play that game of tag that involves hitting”, the places where the victim was hit included the abdomen, back, “wherever it is we can reach, we’d hit him”, and when the victimized student didn’t come to school, “we would just play a game of running around chasing each, we don’t hit each other”.

The courts found, that the five students’ taking turns assaulting the victim using brute force, that it’d passed the reasonable boundaries of playing, that the group had ganged up on the victim purposefully, that their behaviors constitutes as bullying, and the victim had been diagnosed with anxiety attacks, even as the victim and his parents accepted the apologies from the bullies, it doesn’t mean that the victim and his parents waived their rights to pursue the civil charges.

the bad behaviors exacerbates into…photo from online

The courts considered that the five perpetrators had only begun in school, hadn’t spent enough time in school yet, still learning how to socialize with others, testing the means of social interactions, mandated that the five perpetrators and their parents pay the victim student $250,000N.T.s, his parents $25,000N.T.s each, a total of $300,000N.T.s.

And, what do you think these minors learned?  Yeah, if I bully someone, it’s my parents who are responsible, because I’m still a minor, and the sorry excuse of I didn’t know that hitting someone else is wrong, is reinforced, but because these are still young children, we can’t just, lock them all up in prison, and throw away the keys, before they “advanced” into murderers, or rapists.  The punishment is still not severe enough in this case!

and ultimately, you get, this! Murderers on DEATHROW! Photo from online

The Primary Adolescent Female Suspect Who Called on Others to Physically Attack an Adolescent Female They Met Online Failed to Show up to the Police Station after the Video of the Assault Went Viral Online

How easily these teenagers, blow up, because you looked at me the wrong way, because you say SHIT about me to my friends, and that was enough, for these girls to, commit ASSAULT, and they still won’t BE charged as an adult, because there’s no “charged as an adult” clause in the criminal action of adolescents in this country…off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

Awhile ago, the physically bullying of adolescent girls was filmed in Ximenting, after the video went viral online, it’d sparked up debate.  The Wanhwa Police Substation had the five adolescents who were suspected of physical assault in for questioning, and yet, only two showed to the station, the police charged the suspects on assault, gang fight, and threats, sent them to juvenile court.

The statistic of the police affairs department showed, from January to August this year, there’d been 10,556 underage suspects who were involved in criminal behaviors taken into custody, teens involved in fraud and scams were most numerous, twenty-seven percent, followed by theft at fourteen percent, the third being “general assault” charges, at eleven percent.

On the evening of the twenty-seventh of last month, a middle school age girl had been set up by friends of the same age as she whom she’d met online, coaxed to a staircase in Ximenting, then, she was ganged up on.  One of the assailants kicked the victim adolescent girl in the nose, causing her to bleed, two more adolescent girls grabbed the victim by the hair, rammed her head against the walls while cussing the victim out.  In the process, there was a bystander who’d tried to get the assailants to not ram the victim’s head against the walls and to stop hitting her head, so she wouldn’t get a concussion.

The footages was about fifteen-seconds, posted by the abusers online to gloat about it, causing the shocks, because of the brutality in the assault, with the cusses in language, the members of the online community all turned to blame the abusers.

The teenage physical assault victim was taken to the hospital by her family, they’d gone to the police to press charges on the assailants; the assailants had shut down the social network accounts, in their attempts to evade the police, but the police already positively identified the perpetrators already.

Based off of the police, the female middle school student who’d set the victim up who’d started the physical assault are friends with the victim from online, she was suspected of the victim’s “talking trash about her, attempting to destroy her friendships”, that’s why she’d called four other middle school age girls whom they are both acquainted with, to get the victim to Ximenting to assault her.  All six of the adolescent girls including the victim, are from different schools, the primary attacker originally agreed to go to the police station two days ago to explain what happened, but was a no show.

And so, this is, how violent these children are getting, and yes, this IS happening in the adolescent years, and, because you talked trash about me, I need to get back at you, so I called up others to come and beat you up.

These “young” girls have NO idea of the severity of their physical assault, but, the law can’t do a thing, because they’re all, not yet adults, and there’s no “Charged as an adult” “clause” in this country, so, it’s more than likely, that these assailants are going to get “yelled at” by the court justice presiding over their trials, and then, released BACK into their parents’, custodies.  A slap on the wrists…

The Middle School Student Was Beaten up by a Gang of Teens, and Got Robbed, the Police Arrested Nine Adolescent Suspects

This is, what you get, for showing off your money, your, wealth, and there’s still NO victims in this case, only abuser and enabler still, and this is a problem in the, teenage, years too!  Assault charges on teenagers here, on crime and punishment, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The thirteen-year-old adolescent, Hsiao was taken against his will two days ago around midnight by eight males and one female to a temple of the Guardian of the Land, and was beaten by fists, kicked, and the process of the physical attack had been captured by cell phone, and streamed live; afterwards, the teen, Hsiao went to the police with his grandmother by his side, accused that his attackers also, took away the over $30,000N.T. he had on him, as well as his cell phone too.  The nine suspects who were called by the police said that they didn’t commit robbery, and the video footage showed that no money had been taken from the victim, the police charged the adolescents on obstructions of freedom and assault, etc., etc., they’re currently still chasing the leads.

The police investigations found, that two nights ago at around midnight, Hsiao went to find a friend, was taken by Tsai and other adolescents to a land guardian’s temple on Taiping Road, the nine used the excuses of how they were able to borrow money from Hsiao before, and started beaten on him, kicking him, and belted him, or used the shoes or other objects to assault Hsiao’s head, torso, causing the victim to sustain multiple contusions; during the time of Hsiao being attacked, the female took the video of the assault, and passed it among her friends.

and here’s, the biological cause of this violence…from online

At four in the morning that same day, Hsiao reported the incident to the police with his grandmother and an attorney present by his side.  The adolescent told, that his grandmother would give him extra for allowances, that he’d invited the friends online to sing karaoke, to hang, that was how he’d met his, attackers; if someone needed some cash, he would, lent it to them no questions asked.  On the day he was assaulted, he just, got a little over $30,000N.T. that his friend borrowed from him, but after he was attacked, his cash, his cell phone had been, taken from him, he’d suspected that his attackers including Tsai had, taken the cash and the phone.

The police then arrested the teens who’d been involved including Tsai, seven other males, and a female, of the group, two were nineteen, the rest, underage minors; later, the police found the missing cell phone of Hsiao’s on one of the teens involved in the attack, but didn’t find the cash, and the nine perps also, denied having taken the money.

The police used the filmed footage as evidence, found that the eight males had committed the crimes of assault, obstruction of freedom, obstruction of social order, sent them to the Taichung Juvenile Court and the Taichung D.A.’s Office, and they are clarifying if robbery was involved.  As for the woman who was filming the attack, she broke the law on the welfare protection of children and adolescents, which is applicable for the fines of anywhere between $60,000N.T.s to $600,000N.T.s, the police had reported this to the city government to determine how much she would be, fined.

And so, this teen felt the need to show off his cash, and got robbed and, beaten, because his prefrontal cortex hadn’t developed fully yet, which meant, he couldn’t possibly foresee the outcomes of his own behaviors of, showing off, and the other guys probably felt pissed, that he was, showing off how much money he got, and, got angered by it, and, assaulted him.

The Middle School Got Thrown Under the Bus for Allowing the Parent to Come to the School, to SLAP the Male Student Who’d Bullied the Female Student Across the Face

How the instructor didn’t react quick enough, to get the “fight” outside of the classroom setting, how the instructor did NOT handle the bullying effectively, then, everything rolled, out of, control…off of the Newspapers, translated…

A male and female student in a middle school of Hsinbei City had an altercation, the homeroom instructor called up both their parents to the school to sort through things, the male student got slapped across the face, screamed at by the female student’s parents in the hallways, the parents of the male student appeared yesterday with the city councilmembers, Liu and Wang to accuse, suspected that the homeroom instructor left the students alone, that the instructor and the school’s handling the matter with the students involving the parents is, flawed, and, during the investigation phase, the homeroom instructor did NOT separate from the students properly, causing the students not dared to go to school, causing the harm again.

Wu, the C.E.O. of the Education Industry Guild, pointed out, in handling the conflicts of the students, the offices of student affairs should’ve been, involved, and, normally, it’s in the principal’s office that the talk should happen, normally, the matter would not be left to the homeroom instructor to handle alone, that the school was unfunctional, in the procedural.

The student’s father made a statement to the press, that he thought school was supposed to be a safe location, that the peers would fight, and yet, the school allowed the student to face the confrontation from the parents alone, that he and his wife had work, so they couldn’t be there, that the homeroom instructor didn’t find a neutral location for the conference, nor stopped the parents of the female student from assaulting his son, stood about a meter away, watched his son getting, slapped.

The male student’s mother also told, that she’d been told, by a school counselor, that during the time of her son getting slapped by the female student’s parent, he’d thought about leaping off of the fifth floor, that she’d been, worried about her son’s mental health state, “I need him beside me to feel that he’s, safe and sound.”

Liu told, that the Department of Education’s getting a handle on the situation, but the lacking in action, not reprimanding the school, nor the instructor’s lack of functioning, that in the period of investigation, it’d not pulled the instructor from teaching the classes, that this was a second injury to the victim, that the school only wanted to reduce the incident to nothing, turning “net of social security, anti-bullying” into a big, joke.

Wang said, that the parents of the student who was slapped already decided to press charges, he suggested, that before the security investigations report results concluded, the school should separate the instructor from the student, to avoid the student from getting ostracized in school.

The Hsinbei Department of Education stated, that the homeroom instructor called up the parents to handle the case of student bullying, that after the school got a hold of what had happened, it’d, immediately started up the protocol of the investigation measures; the Department of Education’s telling the school to handle the matter swiftly, to clarify if the procedural in the school’s handling the matter was careful enough, and if the school had broken any laws, and if the investigations found that the instructor made an error in handling the situation, the school will enforce the punishment on the instructor.  Toward the parents’ accusations, the principal of the school responded, that everything is currently under investigation, that the incident had been captured on film.

Wu pointed out, that as the students got involved in conflicts, the school should send the offices of student affairs to call up the parents to come to school to handle the matters, and the location of the conference should be at the principal’s office, or other fitting location, that it wasn’t wise to get the conference started in the classroom, in case of a physical confrontation, there’s no way that the instructor can deter the fight from happening.  Wu also stated, that based off of the classroom counseling regulations, the matter should be sent to the office of student affair’s, the counseling office to intervene, that the school’s operational departments shall NOT, evade from responsibility.

And so, the problem with this case, is that the confrontation shouldn’t have happened in the classroom, but, that’s an, oversight, because, when the parents come to school to confront someone who had bullied their own young, they’d headed into the classroom setting, and more than likely, DRAGGING that student who’d bullied out, and ask her/him: why the HECK did you bully my son/daughter, and, the teacher failed in her functioning, to get the incident to head to some neutral grounds, but, it isn’t entirely the instructor’s fault, because, when both parents are completely basked in their upsets, gone to the school, to see who the @#$% it was that bullied my “little girl”, emotions will go HAYWIRE, and, this shit happens.  So, all parties are at fault, and it’s the flaws of how the systems been set up, that’s caused this confrontation to BLOW out of, proportions!

The Juvenile Court in Keelung is Presiding Over the Case of Students Bullying Each Other

The physical bullying constitutes as assault, and it shouldn’t just, get, brushed off of the shoulders that easily, and yet, these teens only got that slap on the wrist, of getting expelled, and, time in juvie, off of the Newspapers, translated…

Another case of bullying in school came in Keelung, someone posted a video on FB, with three students, using the wooden boards, the wooden door, and the broom, beaten the victim, the location of where this was caught was next to the school, in a, construction, site, based off of understanding, the cause of this, was from the previous encounters of the victim’s bumping into the perp.  The Department of Education stated, that they’d started up the investigations in the time that the incident had been, called in, the police also took in the four adolescents, and sent them to get processed in the Keelung Juvenile Court.  The mayor, Hsieh criticized that the “juvenile incident handling means” had caused the crime rates of the adolescent age group to increase, called out to the legislature, to reexamine the laws, to make up for the blind spot.

Two days ago, someone reposted a footage of student getting bullied on the FB group of “Things of the Locals of Keelung”, the footage showed that after school on March 4th, nearby to a middle school in Keelung, there were at least five students gathering, three in the P.E. uniforms, heating another male student, with two others standing by, watching, and filming the beating.

teens who’d committed adult crimes, should get charged as adults! Photo from online

During the process of the assault, the assailant shouted out, “push his head in!”, and continued cussing, the victim was beaten to curling up at the corner of the construction site, down on the floors, in the end, the other students said to call up the ambulance for the victim.

The Department of Education stated, that as they’d received the call on the case, they’d, immediately contacted the school, and the school also called on the related school officials, the counseling offices, the disciplinary office, to handle the matter.

Based off of the preliminary investigations of the Department of Education, the victim and the leading perpetrator were classmates, from before, they’d, gone out to venture in the city, they’d, patted each other on the buttocks, and caused the misunderstanding, and, the beating caused the victim to sustain contusions on his torso and limbs.

Hsieh said, he’d viewed the video, and felt very regrettable, and upset, that there’s a ZERO tolerance policy of bullying in the city of Keelung, currently, there’s the plans of long-term counseling, and punishment means for the perps, if there were the weapons discovered, then, there would be the six-month, one-year-term of counseling or more multivariate ways of helping these teens straight up their behaviors.

Yeah, because these are TEENAGERS, underage MINORS, they don’t get charged with ASSAULT, and that’s just it, the HOLES in the justice systems, there’s no “Tried as an adult” here, everything is separated based off of AGE, it does NOT matter what sort of a crime you’re involved in, if you’re minor, you will only, get that, slap on the, wrist, and, after you’d served your time in juvenile detention and come back out, guess what, most of these teens are going to, exacerbate in their, bad behaviors, because, serving time in juvie, that’s nothing, compared to serving in ADULT prison, and that, is the hole in the justice system here.  There’s no “Tried as an ADULT” “clause” in this country…

In the Case of the Fifth Grader Adding the Substances to His Classmate’s Water, the School Denied that They Were Passive in Handling the Matter

Of course, that’s what the “official statements” would say, because if the school admitted that oh, we weren’t, careful enough, then, the school gets, SUED by the victims and their, parents, a great way of, dodging responsibilities here, when this SHIT happened under your watch, and then again, it’s the individual’s actions that’s, given this school, a bad rep!  Off of the Newspapers, translated…

A fifth grader in an elementary school in Taichung had upsets with a classmate, and he’d coconspired with three other of his classmates, added the juices of devil’s ivy to the classmate’s water bottle, the victim drank from the water bottle and fell ill, the parents called the cops, and complained how the school was passive in handling the matter “refusing to provide us with the sound files, the video files of the conferences with the students and parents”.  The school yesterday apologized on this matter, stated that as soon as they were notified of the incident, they’d, immediately contacted the security professional of the school, other than counseling the individuals who were involved, they’d also called up the emergency meetings in the school to start up the investigations.

The school pointed out, because the student is under twelve, to protect the students’ privacies, they will provide the counseling, and educate them on what constitutes as proper, to prevent them from getting hurt again, and begged the society to give these students, a chance, to turn their lives around.

And, the parents of the victim filed for the bullying, the school told, that it’s reviewing the evidences based off of the bullying prevention standards that’s set up in the school, and will hasten the investigation, continue to reinforce the means of stop bullying in the meetings in school.

Members of the public posted online, that the higher grade level students A and R in a certain elementary school had the upsets with one another, although they’d resolved the matter under the mediations held by the teachers, but, A started researching for the related information on poisonous plants, and coconspired with three other students in the class, in the end, decided to use the devil’s ivy, and waited until R wasn’t looking, added the sweetened sap of the plant into his water bottle, after R drank the fluids, he’d started feeling nauseous, and started having a stomach ache.

The Taichung Department of Education stated that the school already started counseling the students who were involved, and both of the parents of the students had also, filed the bullying and discrimination cases with the schools, the case is currently under investigation.

And so, this, is on how the parents of the victim are upset, over how the school handled the matter, and, this is outrageous, how the school can, allow the elementary age student, to do such an awful thing to one another, in school!  This happened in school, and, it didn’t matter whose fault it was, it’s the students!  And the school is now, dodging responsibilities, yeah, they are all, “minors”, but hey, it’d happened, UNDER what should’ve been, YOUR WATCH, and yet, the school refused to, MAN UP???

Suspicions of the Student Who Committed Suicide was Bullied by the Instructors, the Educators: Speculating What Happened isn’t Objective, the High School Student’s Father: the School’s Investigations are Coming Along Too Slowly

The aftermath of the suicide of a high school student, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

A male high school student from Taichung committed suicide this February, the families came out, and accused the school for inappropriate discipline, that it was how the school managed the matter that’s caused the son to withstand way too much pressures, that eventually led to his, suicide, it’d been over a month to date, and the school still took a passive approach to handling this matter, it’d angered the community.  The high school student’s father told the central chapter of the Humanistic Education Foundation, that since the events, the school attributed his son’s death to personal matter and family causes, delayed the investigations of what actually caused the student to suicide, it wasn’t until the Department of Education finally intervened, did the school started taking the matters, seriously, and the investigators, are still too slow to act, everything is now, hindsight, but finally, someone’s, doing, something now.

The school matter meeting occurring in April, will have the high school student’s father to come.  The father stated, that he had, completely trusted and complied with the means of discipline and trainings of his son, and yet, the school’s means caused his son to commit suicide, “I don’t think I can trust the school’s own investigations now, he’d hoped, that a representative of the foundation will accompany him to the meeting, so the truth can come out soon.  The school had no response toward this.

Before the high school student committed suicide, he was suspected of being body searched, having his backpack searched, with NO justifiable cause by the school instructors, and the teachers blankly accused him for stealing money, when there’s NO physical proof or evidence that he had done so, and he couldn’t withstand the pressures any longer, at the bottom half of February, he’d committed suicide at home, and a lot of the members of the online community left the messages, and stated that they feel bad for the student, and that was when the parents found, that their son had been bullied repeatedly, and harshly by the school’s instructors.  But the school was quite passive in handling the matter, until the Department of Education intervened into this matter, then, it’d started up the investigations of what had, happened.

Wang, the professor of counseling major of Changwha Teacher’s University stated, that the case seemed to be how there was a lacking of counseling provided to the student, that the school didn’t take into considerations how the student would feel being a thief, that’s caused the student experience the severe negative emotions, this showed that there’s the problems in the operations of the entire systems of education, that it’s best, to get the expert outside of the school, to get involved with the investigation, to try to find out the part of the structures that were set up right.

Wang told, that as the students started exerting the wayward behaviors, and odd emotions, then, the risks of self-mutilating, should be implored, the means included, identifying the behaviors, showing care and concerns for the students, referring the individuals to professionals, first, identify the individual with the negative emotional responses, accompanying her/him, and set up counseling, if needed, refer the person to a fitting professional facility, to prevent the dangerous feelings from growing bigger.

Those who work in education stated, that the society does NOT know what happened in the case, and started judging right and wrong from the speculations, which caused the opinions to tilt, the entire matter is already sent into the investigation processes now, other than investigating what happened, the Department of Education, and the schools should also, help the students gain more abilities to resolve their emotional difficulties, to prevent the happening of, the next tragedy.

And so, based off of this, it’s the school that’s, lacking in action, toward how this kid was being bullied by the instructors, and this is a huge problem, because of course the school will NEVER admit that they’re wrong, because that’s like slapping themselves across their own faces, but a high school student had committed suicide, and, maybe it was cowardly of the student, but at least, the school should dig into W-H-Y, this kid committed, suicide, instead of keeping on, passing the balls, and not manning up to take the responsibilities of their involvement in what caused this student to kill himself.

The Resolves She’d Helped Me Find in Life

Being bullied is never easy, especially in our, teenage, years, but, someone came along, and showed us the light, and we held on to that light for life!  Translated…

My last year in middle school, I’d started living the life of seven to nine, early to school, studied late into the nights, then turned home, and, even after the graduation, I’d still kept at, this, schedule.

Three weeks until the major exams, the futures belonged to, the future, and, every single tomorrow had, pressed hard down on me.  During the lunch breaks, the heated up classroom became an oven, with only, four buzzing fans high on the ceilings, I’d become, so drained, no matter how much I’d napped, I’d gone without, much, energies, sweated like crazy, and, as we put our heads down onto the desks, as we woke, we still had to watch for the drools we’d left on our desks, otherwise, those bored-out-of-their-bones would, make fun.  And, even as the major exams are coming on, we are stuck in the, awkward years of, puberty.

At the time, I ws best friends with a girl, we’d become, a clique.  The enormous pressures, the tough instructor, those childish boys, the laughter of our friendships, along with that future that’s, driving us on, became, the blueprints of our, teenage, years.

But on that day, after our nap hour, the classmate sitting behind me quietly inquired, “What’s happened between you and your group of, friends?  They’d be spreading the words of you being a ‘bitch’?”, my heart raced very, fast, it’d become, almost, unacceptable, to me.  Are we not the same group?  Didn’t our interactions go very well daily?  I could barely hold down my surprise, ran toward the restrooms, as I’d entered into the stalls, I’d, cried hard, a physiological response that came at me way too hard, I couldn’t stop myself from it, and I couldn’t, head back into the classrooms, again.

it was like, this…getting singled out by that clique you used to, hang out, with…photo from online

My classmate collected my things for me, I’d insisted on riding my bicycle home on my own, but on the way home, I’d had to, pull over to the sides of the road, and started, gagging, with the gall bladder juices rushing up into my mouth.  The following day, I’d decided, to stay at home, and study by myself until the major exams, in the evenings, my instructor called me up, told me to return back to school to study, I’d sat in the living room, without any lights, heard my own, weakened, stubbornness, and the darkness of the future, that awaited, me then.

Then one day, I’d received a card from A, I’d only casually interacted with her from time to time, but in the card, she’d written about how she was worried about me not being in school, and told me to IGNORE what they say to and about me, at the end, she’d given me a motto: you take it all in now, you will feel stable and steady, take a step back, and you will see the world open wide up for you.

“The World Opened Wide Up” was in bold to me, it took up an, entire, page.  I’d read it, and read it, over, and over again, carefully, tucked that card, into my desk drawer, and, my body that was originally filled up with the anger, the resentment, gone then, she’d empathized, and understood my being bullied.

Later I’d, actually gone to that faraway place I wanted to go, but unfortunately, we’re no longer, one another’s, companions.  After I made my way into the adulthood years, out of, puberty, whenever the pains that hit me harder than being called a “bitch” came, as my scabbed up wounds inside started hurting again, I’d, taken out that vast openness inside my heart, that entire, whole, page of it, that’s, still, a guiding light, twinkling, showing me the way in the darkness I was, stuck in.

And so, this is how it got for you, being bullied by your friends, and it’d hurt, but, someone else noticed your pains, and empathized with you, and, you were more than grateful for that individual’s presence in your life, and you’d, taken her words of advice, and, started living by it, and her words became, that bright and shiny beacon, in your moments of darkness, when you needed some, guidance.

ALL SAINTS BY ALAN TEN HOEVE – A STORY IN THREE PARTS — Punk Noir Magazine

PART 1 Mass was mandatory for students at Body of Christ Elementary. Three days a week during school hours. Like a regular class. The wooden pews had no padding. My ass cheeks would sweat and itch in my polyester uniform pants, then go completely numb halfway through the service. We weren’t allowed to move around. […]
