The DDP and Tsai’s visions of this country being without the death penalty is too, unrealistic, and justice would NOT be served to the victims’ families, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
Last year, a male student was stabbed to death by his classmate in a middle-high school facility of Hsinbei City, the news shocked the society, the families are still going through the griefs from the funeral processions, and from the outside, came the questioning, there were even the news of someone using the student’s name to get the donations going, the families issued a public statement, that the events were a repeated trauma from losing their young, that the parents used the status of “heartbreaking parents” to reiterate, to call, out, of the claims, includes keeping the death penalty intact.
The families told, they were once, an ordinary, but happy family, with a pair of children, and, although the daughter was handicapped, but the younger son always, helped his sister, out. And yet, this unfortunate event, caused the death of this, understanding, empathetic child to depart; the family isn’t affiliated or supportive of any political parties, they’re calling out, as those who’d lost a dear son, hoping that their son, sacrificed this time, can keep the tragedies from, recurring.
The families issued a statement yesterday, including how people online had, exploited their misfortunes, used the false account names, to raise funds, they’d felt awful, and heartbroken over this, and begged the police to help; they were law-abiding citizens, never broken any laws, nor made any, enemies, that if the untrue claims in words, footages keep on spreading out online, they will, take legal actions; after they’d lost their son, the family was in mourning, and spent all their minds on planning the funeral, that these unfounded claims had already caused them irreparable, damages.
As “heartbroken parents”, the parents called out four points, including they will assist the law enforcements in all ways they can, to have the trial to be publicized, just, and open, that those who’d murdered their son, and the one who asked the murderers to murder both be punished by the law; begging the government to review over the juvenile court age requirements, to make the amendments that protected the families and the victims; and continuing enforcing death penalty, to NOT allow the minority population to think they can get away with murder; the review over the entire spectrum of the lacking in campus security, the holes in the counseling systems in school, to help the instructors find fitting and effective means to discipline the students.
Based off of investigations, currently, the Hsinbei District Attorney’s Office is not ruling out bringing the charges of murder and manslaughter to use to prosecute. The justice department employee disclosed, that the perpetrator was a third-year middle school student, that his parents may need to shoulder the responsibilities for his actions too, that the sentencing, the amount which they are to pay the victim’s family can’t be too low.
And, this, is on how when you commit a crime, you won’t get sentenced to death, and that just makes all those, psychokillers think that it is okay to kill, to murder, to MASSACRE, because at the most, they can only get life in prison, and after a few extra years of “good behaviors”, then they’d be out on parole, and that would cause there to be more criminal behaviors, because at the most, you can get, for premeditated murder (or any kind of murder) is life in prison, and you get paroled out on good behaviors, or if the prison is too full!

If the Death Penalty IS, “Cruel & Unusual” Punishment
Yeah uh, this is still, BULLSHIT, if you ask me, buy hey, who asked Y-O-U!!!
If the death penalty IS, “cruel and unusual” punishment, then, what of the severe methods those perps had, tortured their vics, before they finally put them out, of their miseries, what of the perp that cut off a woman’s genitalia, after raping her, and then, murdering her, huh? Wouldn’t that “constitute” as, “cruel and, unusual” too?
And yet, these “human right’s activists” from all around the world kept preaching on how we all need to, do away, with the death penalty, and should we now???
I mean, if the world’s completely without the death penalty, then, the EIGHTH amendment of the U.S. Constitution would be, struck, off of that, thousand year old, document, wouldn’t it???
And, consider this, IF it were, your loved ones who were, tortured, and brutally, raped, then, had their genitalia CUT off, just because the perp C-A-N, would you still feel, that death penalty was, “cruel” or, “unusual”???
If it’s, cruel and unusual, to hand down the death penalty and, enforcing that, then, wouldn’t BE, tortured by ones’ own, guilty conscience for what one has done to another, be even more, crueler?
So, do NOT bullshit about things you hadn’t weathered through there, higher up officials of every single country.
