We have been really lucky having good weather today, it’s about 18 C which is quite normal for the month of May here. We normally have almost 6-7 months of darkness and get a bit weather depressed that’s we don’t complain when we get our yearly dose of natural Vitamin D.
This week I have been chatting with some lovely people from the online tea community and it’s been very intresting hearing their stories or just sharing knowledge about tea, different cultures and health benefits.

The smell of the tea felt really fresh and I could feel the notes of Green Mate but also hint of citrus peels even thought it had none. The taste was really soft and good tea to start the day with if you don’t life the strong caffein boost and it’s packed with antioxidants. I enjoyed this blend and could see myself making a nice cold brew with it on a warm summer day. It felt very healthy and I like green tea or herbal tea in the mornings.
