Exchange Online Mailbox Retention

- What do people use for this? Compliance policy, MRM, Retention, Legal hold ?
- When it does reach maximum, what would be a good procedure to add additional mailbox to free up space for specific users that have the retention requirements?
- Use retention policies and legal holds.
- Consider using Microsoft 365 retention policies to delete content that no longer has business value. Configure these policies to delete items after a specified period of time.
