Unable to receive questionnaire for Hardware Program application
We've finished all the steps in the application of Microsoft Hardware Program, the last step is to wait for a questionnaire in our email then answer the questionnaire. However we haven't received the questionnaire and have no idea how to solve this issue. Can someone look into this?

How long ago did you submit your application? It could possibly take a few days to receive the questionnaire. I don't know anything about the hardware program, but other programs seem to take some time to process responses so I'm thinking the same is true for your situation.
