Need Help Adding Contacts on my Client's Profile
Hi Team,
My client wants to add a bunch of contacts under her profile. She said that she shared it with me so I can edit and add contacts. Now, every time I add contacts, it is saved under my contacts and not hers. I don't see her profile either. Kindly help.

There is no way to use share contact BOTH at same time
When you share them, someone can "use them" but whatever edit is being done, stays on a single account !
You could try to use another delegation task maybe inorder to complete the task wanted.
a. Maybe can ask your MS365 admin to add specific emails to Global Address List (GAL) but again updates needs to be done from that admin too !
b. you can create a new SHARED mailbox, and grant FULL ACCESS permissions to people you want,
That way you can add-del-edit contacts on that account both users
c. sharing contacts is a manual task, that isnt synched whenever one or the other user add-edit-deletes something
