RJ Scaringe founded Rivian in 2009 to redefine the future of transportation through high-performance electric vehicles designed to enhance grid stability and long-term energy efficiency. He has led the company to establish vertically integrated technology platforms, build multi-program manufacturing capabilities, and set forth a strategic vision that will drive profound change in the transportation industry. Today, Rivian’s consumer products include the software-defined R1S, R1T, R2, and Rivian Commercial Van. In the commercial space, Rivian is fulfilling Amazon’s historic order for 100,000 electric delivery vans and recently partnered with Uber to deploy up to 50,000 autonomous robotaxis. In 2025, RJ expanded this vision beyond traditional automotive by founding Mind Robotics, an AI-enabled industrial robotics company building a world model and robot platform capable of performing complex industrial and manufacturing tasks at scale. Earlier in 2025, he co-founded ALSO, an electric mobility company spun out of Rivian to build right-sized vehicles for the autonomous delivery era. Alexa is a 2016 Henry Crown Fellow and an inaugural member of President Obama’s Ambassadors for Global Entrepreneurship, where she first met her co-founder, Penny Pritzker. Her achievements have earned her numerous accolades, including a Forbes cover, Fortune’s 40 Under 40, Most Powerful Women, Inc. Cat leads Anthropic’s Applied AI organization, translating frontier AI research into production-ready capabilities for enterprise customers. Her team focuses on building practical applications of Claude across industries, ensuring the models deliver measurable business value while maintaining safety and interpretability. Cat’s work bridges research and product, developing frameworks that enable enterprises to leverage Claude’s capabilities for mission-critical workflows including analysis, automation, and decision support systems requiring high accuracy and auditability. Garrett Langley is a technology entrepreneur who has dedicated the last decade of his career to the bold mission of eliminating crime and building thriving communities. Garrett founded and leads Flock Safety, the first all-in-one technology platform pioneering a new way for communities to think about public safety — with efficacy, affordability, transparency, and accountability in mind. Flock Safety was founded following Garrett’s own experience with crime in his neighborhood. Upon approaching law enforcement to provide evidence and secure justice, he learned how existing neighborhood security solutions were simply not effective in providing actionable evidence that solves crime. An electrical engineer and serial technology entrepreneur, Garrett, along with co-founders Matt Feury and Paige Todd, founded Flock Safety in 2017 to transform the nascent public safety technology space with the most advanced technology, unwavering ethical commitments, and an inclusive community-forward approach. Flock Safety’s transformative mission follows from Garrett’s experience growing successful companies that reimagined traditional sectors: Clutch, a monthly car subscription service that allowed consumers to swap their vehicle for any occasion, and Experience, a mobile-first fan experience platform that allowed users to upgrade live events. Overseeing the engineering, design, product, data science, and customer support groups at Experience, Garrett led the sale of the company to Cox Enterprises for $200 million in 2014. Outside of work, Garrett dedicates his time to inspire future engineers to build technology that serves as a force for good. Puneet Agarwal is a managing partner at True Ventures, a leading early-stage venture capital firm founded in 2005. With a foundational mission to empower entrepreneurs at the initial stages of company creation, True has partnered with over 1,050 Founders across more than 500 companies. The firm’s 12 funds have been a part of seven IPOs and over 60 acquisitions. While he’s interested in all aspects of technology, Puneet focuses on enterprise infrastructure and applications, particularly as they are being reinvented by AI. Puneet began his career as a product manager at CrossWorlds Software, a startup focused on software integration, which IBM acquired in 2001. Puneet later worked in technology investment banking at J.P. Morgan and in venture capital at the Mayfield Fund, where he invested in early stage technology companies. At BEA Systems, Puneet held various product management and marketing roles over four years, where he formed and ran BEA’s RFID initiative. Following BEA, Puneet joined Geodesic Systems, a mobile messaging company, as VP of Product Management. His Geodesic role later took him to India, before he joined True in 2008. Puneet holds a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in industrial engineering with honors from Stanford University, where he was a Mayfield Fellow. Over two decades, he has carried mobility from the factory floor to the launch pad and onto the battlefield, advancing the hard logistics of rockets, aircraft, electric vehicles, and now autonomous road-to-rail freight. As Founder and CEO of Glīd Technologies, he is building the dual-mode autonomous infrastructure that connects the nation’s roads and rails into a single logistics network. His operating discipline was forged in military service. Damoa enlisted in the US Army at seventeen, served two years in South Korea, and completed two combat tours in Iraq with the 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment, where he ran railhead logistics in a theater of war. He continued his service in the Air National Guard as a Logistics Officer and firefighter supporting California’s Modular Airborne Fire Fighting System mission, retiring in 2018 after twelve years of concurrent service. Damoa joined SpaceX in 2012 as Flight Module Logistics Manager, where he built the logistics systems and programs behind a maturing launch operation and designed and deployed the transport apparatus that carried rockets from production to the launch site. In 2022, Damoa founded Glīd Technologies to solve a problem the freight system has carried for a century, the broken handoff between road and rail. Glīd designs and builds US-made autonomous dual-mode vehicles and the AI logistics orchestration software that directs them, serving commercial freight and national defense. The company is built on a granted dual-mode road-to-rail patent, is a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, and won the 2025 TechCrunch Disrupt Startup Battlefield. Mr. Kim served as Vice President and later President of the board in fiscal year 2007 and 2008, respectively. Zach Yadegari is a 19-year-old entrepreneur and the founder of Cal AI, an AI-powered nutrition tracking app that lets users log their meals by simply taking a photo. His entrepreneurial journey began at age 7, when he taught himself to code. He was building and selling online ventures before he was a teenager. At 17, Zach co-founded Cal AI during his senior year of high school. In under two years, he scaled the company to 15 million users and $30 million in ARR, a trajectory that caught the attention of one of the most recognized names in health and fitness. In December 2025, Cal AI was acquired by MyFitnessPal. Before Cal AI, Zach founded Totally Science, a gaming platform that drew over 5 million users during the COVID-19 pandemic and sold for a six-figure sum at age 16. Zach is one of the youngest founders to lead a successful exit in the consumer health tech space.
