THE SECOND DAY OF RED

Roses ARE Red I'm still taking new pictures of my roses which look remarkably like the previous pictures. Sometimes, unless I look at the pictures date and/or number, I can't tell the difference.

FUN IN RED

CFFC: Apple Red Colors Great time of year for red! It's definitely the top of the line color of the season. I'm glad I took a lot of pictures of my Christmas cactus. As expected, the blooming is over long before the arrival of Christmas, but I have it well preserved electronically.

FOTD – June 9 – Red Petunias The red Petunias are there to attract butterflies and hummingbirds. It's doing well on the hummingbirds, a bit weak so far on the butterflies, but at least I've seen one. Which is encouraging because I hadn't seen a butterfly in a couple of years.

CFFC: Reed, Read or Red (Continues) Last time reeds. This time, red. Between birds and autumn, there's a lot of red going around New England. I tried to find a "blend" of different kinds of items. The birds alone could have taken up more than enough space and scarlet autumn trees another.
