So many things can be frustrating to us, from our daily life, to our health and dealing with illness and trying to explain what’s happening to doctors. Sometimes you get information from one, then another comes into the picture and gives more advice and suggestions which are totally different from what the other one said. Pretty soon you’re confused about it all and so frustrated you just want to scream.  … or Howl!

And then there’s the outside our own personal bubble – the world and all the things that can and do go wrong.

Here’s a poem I wrote a long time ago about so many things that are frustrating at times.

HOWL

Howl at the moon

Howl at the stars

Howl to the night

Howl against wars

Howl at injustice

Howl for peace

Howl out the pain

Howl for surcease

Howl for humanity

Howl out frustrations

Howl for your love

Howl for all nations
