Fine as frog hair. What exactly is this? I’ve heard it said many times, but do frogs really have hair? I’ve never been close enough to a frog to find out.

A lady once decided to park
In a lot that had no mark
There wasn’t a sign
But, she got a fine
Must be a strange flavored quark
