1 World Trade Center

0330131551aI heard on the radio today, that they were ready to start putting the top spire on the 1 World Trade Center. I believe it was delayed by the weather, but I assume we must be getting very close to its completion. (If you’re looking at my dog, Shadow, you’re looking at the wrong thing.)

I have a picture of the Twin Towers, Freedom Tower, on the front bumper of my Ram. The flag is flying at half-mast.

As you can imagine, I specifically picked this out. I had the place of business add the word > “Why?”, to the plate.

I do not ask “Why?” as to why the Islamic terrorist did what they did. They are very bold as to proclaiming their reasons.

But I have some other “Whys” running around in my head.

Like, “WHY” is the name Freedom Tower being replaced by “1 World Trade Center”?

“WHY” is the building exactly 1,776 feet tall? The year we declared our independence? The year we signed the Declaration of Independence? And now we symbolically build a “One World” tower in direct opposition of independence? No more called Freedom Tower?

“WHY” did we allow the Islamic Mosque to be built so close to this sacred ground, in direct opposition to the majority of Americans?

I watch this building closely. I watch this complex of which 7 buildings once stood. 7 hills?

I watch all these things, the words people say, the things that have been declared, I read my Bible, and I am amazed.

Could NYC be the harlot sitting upon 7 hills? I only pose the question, because I am still watching, but it is good to have others watching, too. Is that an insane thought? Is everyone convinced it must be the Roman Catholic Church? Maybe. Maybe not.

There are a lot of “WHYS” that should be being asked, but our liberal media is strangely quiet on these matters. Cat got their tongue? “Something” has their tongue. There is an obvious agenda having its way in the earth today, and the Church is the only force that could do something, if she will? If she still can? If she even knows how?

I will be back to writing on, “Fighting your Demons”, very soon, but I heard this on the news today, and could not help but send out a blog and see what comments may come?

We live in such a time that “fighting your demons” should be a very important topic of personal Christian knowledge. Don’t expect your pastor, or priest, or Church to be able to fight your fights anymore than the police can be at your home to save you from an intruder!

We live in incredible times, watching history in the making. Paul said, in the last days would come perilous times. Are we taking his words of warning seriously? If not, “WHY?”

“AVOIDING VOIDS”

SUBTITLE : FIGHTING YOUR DEMONS

QUESTION?: “Is it possible to grow up in Sodom and not fight demons?”

I finally understand what has been “spiritually bugging” me.

God has had me cramming all week in order to prepare for starting this New Series that I believe is going to tie everything together. It started with me having a revelation concerning “embracing our sheephood, and thereby, our Shepherd” He becomes our champion, and we stay “humble” before our Lord!

However, I knew in my heart of hearts that God has called me to be the “hunter”, and not the “prey”! I could not seem to reconcile the two visions UNTIL… I ended up on JURY DUTY, (which, of course, God orchestrated), and as I listened to the fear and torment of the woman on the stand, that old fire rose up in me again, and God showed me how it all fits together.

BASICALLY, God used David as a mighty warrior, because David did not see himself as a mighty warrior, but a humble sheep. He was a shepherd boy when he faced Goliath, and he later wrote, “The Lord is my Shepherd.” I have written about this principle and so will not go into detail here, but that is the heart of the understanding. When we are willing to SUBMIT as SHEEP, then GOD can ROAR through us like a LION! I see myself as the PREY, (because I am), but by faith I get to live my life as the HUNTER! I know this may not sound possible, but in the Spirit, IT IS!

So I came out of that jury duty and wrote the article: “Vengeance Trail > Page 2”. In that article I declared I was “Looking for a Fight!”

From there: We began to write about…”The Way Things Work”…because it is very important, if we are ready to FIGHT, we need to understand this SWORD we have been given, and thereby, what I refer to as “Samurai Sheep”. Now we have spent time understanding how we can supernaturally effect everything around us, but in order to go DEEPER, it is time we get into the fight! And therefore, I ask the question…

“Can a person grow up in Sodom and not fight demons?”

This question is KEY to where we are going, because this “GOSPEL SHIP” is also a “BATTLESHIP”, and I’m ready to ride this horse into very stormy waters!

Literally, this week I have been so CAPTIVATED by the Lord…held captive by him…until I understood what was spiritually bugging me. We are about to open a CAN OF WORMS here, so READER BE WARNED! This Psalms 91 Rough Rider finally has a clear vision, and there is no turning back! Here we go >>>>

Here is the BRIDGE to take us from “The Way Things Work”, into the deep dark skies of “the” battle ground.

Many spiritual lessons can be discerned by looking at how God “designed” this thing we live in. One example of that is “black holes”, “vacuums”, “voids”. Have you noticed how “this creation” does not like voids? Mother Nature herself will resist a vacuum by trying to suck anything it can into it!

JESUS SAID: ” O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.” (Matt. 12:34)

In previous articles I asked the question of: “What is your mouth, and your thoughts revealing, as to what is in “abundance” in YOU?” (Me, too!)

Now if you find there are some things that need to go, > REALIZE > kicking those demons out will create VOIDS > unless you fill the voids with something GOOD! If you create voids and do not fill them with something good, then you will suck something evil right back in there! Too many times we have fought battles to overcome, but we created a VOID in our life as we failed to make the spiritual corrections necessary to fill the now EMPTY area! But how do we do that?

CHALLENGE! > CAN A PERSON GROW UP IN SODOM AND NOT FIGHT DEMONS?

SPIRITUAL THEORY > WE ALL HAVE OUR DEMONS TO FIGHT.

QUESTION: > HOW WELL HAVE YOU OVERCOME YOURS?

I don’t know about you, but I was not one of the fortunate ones who grew up in life without having a demonic stronghold attach itself to me.

I suspect there are very few individuals who have grown up in this day-and-age without more than one demonic stronghold to battle. We are nearing the end of this article, as the intent is to build a bridge, and lay a foundation as to where this cowboy is going.

As Christians, we fight whatever this particular weakness may be, but if we fail too many times, then the enemy begins to come in with DEPRESSION, SPIRITUAL FATIGUE, we begin to see ourselves HOPELESS, and we want to GIVE-UP, because we think there is no way to win, and surely God must be out of patience with us by now! Surely we are DOOMED! The devil floods us with his lies and the DEPRESSION keeps getting stronger and stronger, and a sense of FUTILITY. Whatever shall we do?

There is so much more I would like to say at this point, but let me give you a couple of things to THINK ABOUT, and then we will go DEEPER into this in next article.

When Jesus spoke of the LAST DAYS, he chose two Biblical characters to compare it to. We would do very well to ask ourselves what is the meaning of the two specific characters he chose, out of the “many” he could have possibly chosen from? He chose Noah, and Lot.

And as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.

Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, , they planted, they builded; but the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. Even thus shall it be in the day that the Son of man is revealed.  (Luke 17: 26-30)

Now, folks, God’s word is written for those who have eyes to see, and have a heart to “search” for the entirety of the revelation of a scripture. Just because the Lord only mentioned things like marriage, eating, buying, building, and planting; don’t think those are the only things he was REVEALING to us about the LAST DAYS. He was pointing us in a DIRECTION, for those who would have enough spiritual curiosity to put 2+2 together, and realize that EVERYTHING Noah and Lot were facing in their day, could be a picture of what we have to come.

CONSIDER: There is a man who had a vision, and he saw demons riding Christians. I picture it like riding a mule or a slave. I’m not looking for demons under every rock. They are not even hiding under the rocks anymore! We need to get rid of them!

CONSIDER THIS > When you follow the desires of your sinful nature, the results are very clear: sexual immorality, impurity, lustful pleasures, idolatry, sorcery, hostility, quarreling, jealousy, outburst of anger, selfish ambition, dissension, division, envy, drunkenness, wild parties, and other sins like these. Let me tell you AGAIN, as I have before, that anyone living that sort of life will NOT inherit the Kingdom of God.  (Galatians 5:19-21) NLT

ANYONE LIVING THAT SORT OF LIFE WILL NOT INHERIT THE KINGDOM OF GOD.

This is very serious!

We have much to talk about.

I suspect we have much to do.

Lot lived outside the gates of Sodom, and he was “tormented” by the things that were there. The list above reads like the front page of any newspaper today. We cannot hide from what we are surrounded by. I went to public schools, so have my children, and I see the effect of it. I cannot drive down the road without seeing some big billboard advertising lust, sex, materialism, debt, self-gratification, etc and etc. Do we honestly believe we have grown up in such an environment and not been affected? Do you have any strongholds you just can’t seem to beat? Have you counted the number of “addictions” people fall prey to these days?

We need to be sure to do two things, NO MATTER WHAT!

1.) Continue to love God!

2.) Fight our demons!

This is where I am going. It will not be a message of condemnation. I believe this could be the spiritual elephant in the room that nobody is talking about! This Psalms 91 Rough Rider is determined to set some people free in the name of Jesus! But first you must be prepared to fill the voids created! Or you will walk right back out into Sodom and be overwhelmed again! Yes, there is a samurai path. Our very eternity hangs in the balance if we do not get control of our lustful ways. A word to the wise? There is much more to come.

As it has been asked before: We pray for the Latter Rain, but are we ready to deal with the mud? We’re gonna get muddy, folks!

“So What does it all Mean?”

SUBTITLE: “THE WAY THINGS WORK”

What does it all mean? For one thing, the words in our head, and the ones flowing out of our mouth reveals a lot about us!

“…for the tree is known by his fruit.”

“…for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.”

Each of us need to do a thorough inventory of what we love to talk about, and what we love to think about, for these are the things that are surely setting the course of our future. Is there a design to this thing we live in? Is it a supernatural design? The answer to both of those questions would be, YES!

CONSIDER: We are faced with a choice. Man’s wisdom declares how to live your life based on what it believes to be true. God’s wisdom declares how we should live our life based on what God says is true. Our planet is populated with two kinds of people, those who choose the ways of man, and those who choose the ways of God. Man says we are simply highly evolved animals. God says we are made in His image, that we have spirit and soul, and we have an eternity to prepare for.

God says we should fill our hearts and minds with His word, and learn to live in a supernatural way, that is > living in the Spirit. God put a design to this creation, and for those who understand the design and learn to live in harmony with it, great peace will come, and every other blessing God has to offer!

Someone once said:” The pen is mightier than the sword.” Based on what God’s word reveals, this is a very true statement. With a pen we write words that influence the mind, painting pictures and giving vision. And as you know, we go where we are looking!

Are we a sheep with a sword coming out of our mouth? Have we studied, and trained our self to be such an odd creature? Proverbs 10:11 says, > “The mouth of a righteous man is a well of life: but violence covereth the mouth of the wicked.”

Proverbs 12:6 > “The words of the wicked are to lie in wait for blood: but the mouth of the upright shall deliver them.”

Psalms 19:14 > “Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer.”

CONSIDER: Jesus was the WORD first, who then took on FLESH. However, we are the FLESH first, who is now becoming the WORD! What kind of challenge might that be? The Holy Spirit has even been given to supernaturally help us in this transformation!

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” (John 1:1)

“And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us…” (John 1:14a)

We are living in a creation of word and faith. As a Christian, God has supernaturally birthed me into the Word that took on flesh, Jesus Christ, and now I am flesh becoming more and more every day, The WORD!

The Word flows through me in prayer, worship, praise, thanksgiving. The Word flows through me in binding the enemy, taking authority, and setting captives free. I saturate my mind in the words and faith of Christ, and I drink of His Spirit! The Spirit of Christ, flowing through me is a supernatural force! We are able to exert force against the principalities, powers of darkness, and the forces that would desire to defeat my life, and rob me of the dreams that are mine, birthed in my heart by God! But I am not helpless in this situation, for I have a mighty Shepherd who responds to His word! And I live in a creation that was created out of His spoken words!

I have a name that is above all names, and out of my mouth comes a well of life! The Sword of the Spirit, the Word of God comes out of my mouth, and fills my mind and heart! I am samurai for Christ! Let the words of my mouth, and the meditations of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer!

So what is this design? WORDS and FAITH. Only you can decide whose words, and whose faith you will operate in. There is a wisdom of God that reveals the words and faith you should embrace.

But if you are one who rejects the Bible, and rejects the wisdom of God, then you will still be operating in words and faith, but they are words working against your soul, and your eternal destiny.

As for those of us who do believe, if we are not already, we need to get very serious about preparing for the things we know are to come. We need to get very serious about this samurai sheep. we need to be saturating our minds, speaking the words, saying the prayers, arresting the devil, offering up the sacrifices of our lips, our praise and worship, as the holy priest we are called to be. AMEN!

“The Mouth Speaketh!”

SUBTITLE: “THE WAY THINGS WORK”

We spoke of , James, the half-brother of, Jesus, and what he may have observed and learned while growing up in the same family. James speaks very boldly about the affect our tongue has on the course of nature! Be sure to read the previous article to this one: “Intelligent Design?”

Can the words we speak really be any more than simply breath and sound? According to the way scripture reveals God has designed things, words and faith are everything! Let me add one more caveat from James, of which we will speak more about soon, but according to this half-brother of our Lord, FAITH without WORKS is DEAD! So when we speak of faith, we are also speaking of works. (More on this later.) For now, let us compare what James has said, to what Christ taught in Matthew 12: 33-37 >

33.) “A tree is identified by its fruit. If a tree is good, its fruit will be good. If a tree is bad, its fruit will be bad.”

Consider: Fruit is the product a tree produces. It is the issue of its life. We are talking about what is produced, even as our life will always be producing things. Now notice how Jesus immediately begins to relate what we produce to what comes out of our mouth! Notice the direct connection.

34.) “You brood of snakes! How could evil men like you SPEAK what is good and right? FOR WHATEVER IS IN YOUR HEART DETERMINES WHAT YOU SAY.”

King James says> “Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.”

Consider: Do you want to know what is in someone in abundance? Give them free reign to talk! I experience this all the time at work. People know I am a Christian, and most people will make an effort to control the things they say while around me. But I am not deaf, and I hear what they really want to talk about when they are around their “buddies”! The abundance of the heart begins to come out! Now remember, James says that our words are like the bit in a horses mouth! They create pictures in our head! These pictures become our vision, and we go where we are looking! We are playing with the fabric of the universe in a detrimental way! Jesus says that our words indicate what we are producing! AND YOU ARE PRODUCING YOUR FUTURE!!!

Take a moment here to get real honest with yourself. This should be very simple to do. Examine what it is you spend your free time doing, talking about, and thinking about? What is in you in abundance, and how does that compare to what Jesus set as the example of a Christian? You should be able to tell if you are a Christian, or not, by two simple things.

1.) Have you made a sincere profession of Christ, repented of your sins, and asked Christ to save you?

2.) What is the abundance of your heart? Good things? Love? Or selfishness and evil?

These two things should be in agreement, but let’s go on with what Christ said.

35.) “A good person produces good things from the treasury of a good heart, and an evil person produces evil things from the treasury of an evil heart.”

36.) “And I tell you this, you must give an account on judgment day for every idle word you speak.”

37.) “The words you say will either acquit you or condemn you.”

Wow! This is heavy stuff! We are playing with the fabric of our universe! Setting on fire the course of nature! Affecting our eternal future! Notice how Jesus said a good person “produces” good things from the “treasury” of a good heart. And remember, our mouth reveals what is the treasury of our heart! All of this is connected!

But with the bit a horse can be TURNED! And with the small rudder a great ship can be TURNED. And if a man is able to control his tongue he can CONTROL his whole body! Does anybody see a pattern here? Do we realize we can “TAKE CONTROL” by the application of these keys? We don’t have to be RULED by our passions, or ENSLAVED to our circumstances! Begin to fight the good fight of FAITH!

In “Vengeance Trail- page 2”, I spoke of a sheep wearing a cowboy hat, riding a dark horse, and a sword coming out of his mouth! Do you see the connection? Are we ready to TURN things? Are we ready for a fight? Can the tongue be powerful against our enemy, instead of powerful against us? This is the understanding we need to learn!

I’m running out of time again.

3 KEYS: 1.) God created everything out of Words and FAITH. 2.)Therefore, words and faith affect the very fabric of this universe. 3.) The words must have faith, and faith without WORKS is DEAD!

(I’ve got to start ending.) I have alluded to the fact that I am not talking that much about “Positive Confession”, although that is a small part of the big picture. That is the part that THE WORLD understands. As Christians, we are called to much deeper things of the spiritual “design” of this creation.

What happens when you PRAY? What happens when you do not PRAY? What happens when you understand the power of your words when you pray? What happens when you do not understand these things? Do you see how important prayer becomes when you understand the power of words and faith? And when you understand what this creation is made from?

I’ll give you the most powerful WORD in existence! It happens to be a name…JESUS! What happens when you understand how to use that name? What happens when you do not understand how to use that name? Again, do you see how prayer ties in? Also, when we take authority in the name of Jesus, not just in prayer, but at any time God may move upon you!

What might happen when we memorize all of Psalms 91, and we can pray it out of our belly like a fiery  sword coming out of our mouth!!!

What about the “Attitude of Gratitude”?

Yes, this thing goes much deeper than positive confessions. Are you beginning to see endless possibilities? We need an army of sheep whose minds have been saturated in the WORD and a sword comes out of their mouth! A spiritual samurai sheephood! Samurai in Christ! When the devil comes looking for a fight, seeking whom he may devour, lets give him more than he planned on!

AS WE ARE ENDING: I want to go back to how, whatever it is that is in your heart in abundance, those WORDS are painting a picture in your mind, creating your VISION, and we go where we are looking. This is your FUTURE! The VISION begins to motivate us, as God designed it to work! Whether it be to good, or evil! The devil wants to own the “abundance” of your heart. He wants to be the owner of what is in abundance in you! As Proverbs 23:7a says: “As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he:…”

Here is the simple process of words… vision… works…leading to destination. (Pictures following.)

As I have written about, I bought a puppy dog, and the vision in my head was for the dog to be able to go with me “a lot”! So, I began to look at my truck and I asked myself, “What could I do to make my truck fit the vision better?” You see, it can all begin with a question. The “question” formed in my head out of “words”, and my mind went to work on the “question”, answering it with “words” that began to create a picture, of which I put “works” with, thereby, causing a “transition”, a “journey”, that ended up at a “destination”.

The question in my mind created a potential future, but it had not manifested in the physical, yet.

In order for it to go from a vision in my spirit, to a physical manifestation, faith plus works had to be applied. Many times we do this without realizing it, because the “desire” motivates us. We end up putting faith and works towards evil things, even though we think we do not want to do it, and yet, we do! We actually take the steps, and use the keys, to make it happen! At any rate, here are some pictures to illustrate, in very simple form, a process taking place “spiritually”, all the time. I don’t know why God has moved on me so powerfully to write these articles at just this time, but let these “simple” pictures hit home, because this is what is happening continually on this planet of choosing, learning, testing, and speaking.

“Intelligent Design?”

SUBTITLE: “THE WAY THINGS WORK”

I would like to delve into a little “Harry Potter in Reverse”. This is a phrase I like to use to help people understand that the Bible is a book of many secrets and mysteries, just waiting to be revealed and understood, much like a “so-called warlock” might seek ancient writings in search of black arts, black magic, and demonic powers, but the dedicated Christian seeks light, understanding, and the God of righteousness. Paul challenged the people to search the scriptures! And so I have always loved to do!

However, as the title may seem to insinuate, this is not an article about evolution. It is to be an article on what the Bible says about: “The Way Things Work”. Let me ask you this…

If it has intelligent design, then what is the design? And how does it work?

For all those who may still be uncertain as to whether the Bible is what it claims to be, or not, let us lay aside that question for the sake of asking…okay, if it is actually the word from God, then just what does it reveal about the “workings” of this creation we find our self in?

For just a little while, take a walk on the wild side and put man’s science out of your mind long enough to consider what the supernatural might have to say on this subject. Then, go ahead and compare your science, with God’s supernatural. You may be surprised to find new possibilities!

Here are some questions to consider: Am I unknowingly working against the design? And if so, am I causing myself unnecessary hardship? Could my life be better? Easier? More powerful? More productive? How many ways could I benefit from an understanding of how the creation works? Could I discipline myself to take advantage of such knowledge? Is there a supernatural, and could it actually have power over the natural? Is it possible for people to actually affect our natural environment by supernatural means? Does this planet have a supernatural design?

Just consider the possibilities if the answer to that last question is, YES!

Okay, lets go, and lets start in Hebrews 11:3. First we need to see what scripture has to say about the “basic material” of this creation, because if you know what the “base material” of something is, then you might find a way of affecting it!

By faith we understand that the entire universe was formed at God’s “command”, and that what we now see did not come from anything that can be seen.  (NLT)

We are very quickly going to get into the real meat of this subject. We are not there yet, but the very next “key” will open huge possibilities. However, you must have an understanding of this first “key”, in order to grasp the power and logic of the second “key”! So bear with me just a little longer.

The Apostle Paul, here, is very plainly revealing that this creation was “SPOKEN” into existence by GOD, with WORDS that came from GOD. FAITH-FILLED WORDS! Words are invisible. Paul goes on to say that everything we “SEE” was created out of material that is “NOT SEEN”! As a matter of fact, in verse one, if we do a search of the original Greek wording, even as the Old King James has it, it speaks of FAITH as a “SUBSTANCE”!

Now faith is the “substance” of things hoped for…

With God, words and faith are a SUBSTANCE! I’m rushing this a bit because this is where it begins to get very interesting. James has our next couple of “keys”. You might remember that it is believed that, James, was the half-brother of Jesus. As such, consider what things he may have seen, and what conversations he may have had with his half-brother? This same James declares “BOLDLY”, that we can affect our environment, our future, our circumstances, EVERYTHING, by the power of our TONGUE! What does the tongue do? It speaks WORDS! Invisible WORDS!

BUT WHY IS THAT SO IMPORTANT?

Because it is with WORDS that we form the PICTURES in our HEAD. These pictures become our VISION, and as an earlier article taught, WE GO WHERE WE ARE LOOKING! (Now lets slow down and explain this.)

According to scripture, everything comes back to words and faith. I have had many debates with atheist, and neither of us can “PROVE” our position, but it always comes back to what we personally have chosen to BELIEVE. The atheist has his unproven FAITH, and the Christian has his. We are stuck in a creation of words and faith, and no matter what we do, we always end up back at words and faith. That which has been proven is no longer FAITH!

So…perhaps James has a point, when he begins to reveal the power our tongues have, and how it can affect everything around us! James says that mighty horses are turned and directed by small bits in their mouth. He goes on to say that great ships on the oceans are turned by small rudders! James 3:1b says:

“…. For if we could control our tongues, we would be perfect and could also control ourselves in every other way.”

This is where he begins to talk about the mighty horses and the great ships. It is not just about self-control, but it is also about “directional control”, and our ability to affect our destinations, i.e. circumstances, and everything! It goes on to speak of the tongue is a flame of fire. It sets on fire the course of nature!

“But a tiny spark can set a whole forest on fire. And the tongue is a flame of fire. It is a whole world of wickedness, corrupting your entire body. It can set your whole life on fire, for it is set on fire by hell itself.” (NLT)

Here is a simple example of the power of words to “CREATE”, and produce “VISION”. Picture in your mind as you read the following sentences.

It was a dog.

It was a large dog.

It was a very large brown dog.

It was a very large brown dog with floppy ears that ran out in front of you causing you to slam on your brakes!

Do you see yourself in a vehicle? Your heart racing? I did not even have to say you are in a vehicle. Do you see how each added word of detail added to the mental picture, creating a picture in your head? Now what if this picture consumes you? What if it is something you are passionate about, or fearful of? Do you see how this VISION in your head will begin to direct your path? Affect your destiny, i.e. destination? Do you see how even as the tongue can set fires and do evil, could it not also produce blessings?

We have much yet to speak of, but for the sake of not overwhelming, we will continue in the next article.

SUMMARY: According to scripture…

1.) We live in a universe that was created out of the substance of words and faith.

2.) The words out of our mouths affect the circumstances I now experience, because it is a form of the very substance of our creation!

3.) Even deeper than that, the words in our heads create the visions we pursue! We become what we think about the most! We go where we are looking!

4.) Our words are combined with faith, and we can affect our future, and affect our circumstances with words and faith, for this is the base material of our physical world, which can be affected by the spiritual force of words and faith!

5.) But what kind of words and faith? You see, it is far more than just making “Positive Confessions”. That is only one small building block of what scripture reveals. There is much more to come.

The teaching of Positive Confessions, for the Christian, falls way short of the understanding which the Bible has to reveal. What little has been said thus far in this article, is merely a starting point.

“Vengeance Trail” > Page 2

SUBTITLE: EMBRACING SHEEPHOOD POWERFULLY!

Hold onto your saddles, partner, because things are about to get rowdy! Here for a little while, God has been giving me, and us, a break from the samurai sheep thing, but now we are coming back with a vengeance! Yesterday, God reminded me of something, and then he took my new revelation of “sheephood”, and showed me how it fit with what was my old revelation. When God gave me 2+2=4, I was totally stirred to jump back in the saddle and ride hard against the devil! Let me tell you about yesterday.

I WAS CHOSEN FOR JURY DUTY. This was the second time I have had that happen, but this one really spoke to me! It came at just such a time that I am convinced God used it to take me another step. I knew my old revelation was spiritually “valid”, and the new revelation of sheephood also, spiritually valid, but I was having a hard time figuring out how the two fit together?

It is true that I am a truck driver, I was over the road for a little while, and I am  sort-of-a-cowboy in many ways in my life. Raised up in the country, like country music and leather boots, and I love trucks, including driving the Big Rig, but the cowboy I had in mind when I started this blog is a “spiritual cowboy”, with a badge from God, and the power and authority to hunt down the devil and arrest him! The cowboy analogy is as much spiritual, as it is physical, perhaps even more so. There is a fire that burns in me at what I see the devil doing to “people”, and our country!

As I sat in the jury seat listening to the details of the crime, I was once again reminded of what it means to ride a “vengeance trail” for Christ. In this case I got to hear details of a life so far removed from my own that it is like another planet! And yet, it is the normal life experience of many!!! The devil was literally having a “party” with this woman’s life, and now she had come to court, hoping to get “man’s laws” to help her. I’ll give you just a few details.

She had 3 children and no husband. A 4 month “relationship”, of which the man lived with her for a time, went bad, and he was kicked out. She went to a New Years Eve party, got a little drunk, (her children were at the party, too), and came home around 1:00 a.m. to find her front door on fire, and the “X” coming off the porch! He had texted her a message of: “I hope you burn, Bitch!” A male and female friend was in the car with her, and the “X” appeared to leave. The fire had just been started and they got it put out, got back into car and called police. (The children were being driven home by a designated driver, and had not arrived yet.) The “X” suddenly appeared again, jumped into back seat with her, (she was not driving), and began to beat on her, then stole her phone, said if she was not going to be with him, then she would be with no one, and left again. The police arrive just after he left. Children also get home. Then, police take report and go looking for him. The “X” shows back up, the children scream “He is back!”, he comes in and beats her again, and leaves again! (And, of course, they are all intoxicated, including the “X”.) The police come back. Shortly there after, they do find and arrest him. The phone is found in his possession.  Now the “X” was on trial with 5 counts pending against him. The woman had to testify, and the whole time she was full of fear and shaking. To make things worse, we were only able to convict him on 4 of the 5 counts, the heaviest charge, the arson, did not have enough evidence to convict, so he won’t be in prison for very long, and this woman, (and her children), still have that fear to live with, knowing he will be out soon, and possibly seeking revenge. (What a way to live, and yet, this is the kind of work the devil loves!)

Of  course, this woman is guilty of bringing a lot of this chaos on herself, by way of very poor choices she has made, disregarding the wisdom of God, and choosing her own ways. But as I sat there watching her fear and torment, also thinking about what these children are growing up in, I just hated the devil and his works more and more! (The fire kept building.) And God said to me: “Because David saw himself as a “sheep”, I was able to roar through him like a lion!”

God had spoken this to me before, but now it really lit up in my spirit!

“If I want to live the life of a “Hunter”, because of God flowing through me, then I must always live my life as the “Prey”, for that is what I truly am, but there is a “vengeance trail” to ride, and God wants to ride it through us!”

I say again, I am so sick and tired of what the devil is doing to people, and our country, that I am ready to ride a dark horse, a war-horse, against the devil! This samurai sheep is looking for a fight! I finally saw how the two revelations fit together!

1.) Submit yourself therefore unto God. (i.e. sheep/Shepherd) 2.) Then, RESIST the devil and he will flee from you! But you must not see yourself a Superman! It is God flowing through you, as long as you stay “on your face” humble, before Him!

This samurai sheep is back in the saddle and looking for a fight! There is a devil that needs arresting any where I can find him! If you can picture a sheep with a cowboy hat, riding a dark war-horse, then you might understand what I am saying, as ridiculous of a picture that may be! To make it even more so, there is a sword that proceeds out of my mouth!

So…I know you have already read a lot here…but I have said all this in order to invite you to read something I wrote back on May 4, 2012. In this country, we are living in dark times, and gross darkness is coming! It is a time that will be very hard on spiritual sissies. A time of great falling away, I’m afraid. Spiritually speaking, the middle-class is shrinking. God is dividing the hot from the cold. We are living in a time of Shiloh. A time of Shiloh, and shadow.
