Its a.......BABY!!!

We are expecting a new little one on March 22nd and are so excited. We find out next month what the sex of the baby is. I was almost ready to beg the Dr. to take a quick peak yesterday at our appointment but decided against it after I had called the office 3 other times that week to verify that they would not be doing an ultrasound at the appointment. They seemed pretty firm on you must be at least 20 weeks. So the anticipation builds. We want to know what you think..... BOY or GIRL....vote on the side.

Also for all those with pregnancy experience, here are some of my questions:

1- What do I do for these belly itches?
2- Can I prevent stretch marks?
3- What are your favorite baby products?
4- What is some new parent baby advice?

Jury Duty

I first of all want to thank Franklin county for summoning me to Jury Duty. I was reluctant at first, then a little excited, and then well it was Jury Duty and usually when you mention that people cringe.

I think I may have been the only Juror that did not get called into court, I did not even get interviewed (I have my suspicions about that). I showed up everyday with a couple books, my ipod and some snacks. I'd head up to the quite room, snag my couch, stick in the ear buds and start reading. Sometimes if I was tired because you know, a lot of reading and lounging can sometimes do that, I would take a nap. It was a very nice and relaxing break. I didn't have to get up early because Jury Duty doesn't start until 9, at 12:00 we were dismissed for an hour and a half lunch break and then usually by 2 (if not earlier) the Jury pool was sent home. **Sigh** It was wonderful.

As they dismissed us today they talked about how we should have a different view of court and its system. I totally do and if that is all Jury Duty is cracked up to be sign me up on a monthly basis. I've got a lot more books to read.
