Mutitasking Super Hero

Today I decided I wanted to make lasagna.  This is done by buying Stouffers Lasagna in a box.  I know, I know I go all out.  Anyway, you do have to put quite a lot into cooking this lasagna because if it is frozen, which for me it has always been, means either a cooking time of 2 + hours or remembering to thaw it.  I have done both and neither has worked well for me.  I usually get home from work around 5:30 or 6 which puts dinner at 7:30/8ish.  Waaaayyyyyy too late.  I have not yet mastered the art of thawing this lasagna which puts me right back at the 2 + hour cook time.  Yes, this is taking a little longer to explain than anticipated.  Anyway last time I cooked this meal and was pulling it out at 8:00 PM I thought to myself....if only the oven would start cooking this before I got home.  I quickly looked at the oven and to my delight there was a button that would do just what I wanted.  I tried it today and ate dinner at 6:30.  It was beautiful.  I felt like I was coming home to a nice meal that someone else had made for me, but I had done it...while I wasn't home.  I was in two places at once, I was a super hero today.  A multitasking super hero. Who cares that the oven did most of the work.  Not me.

Has anyone else discovered this fantastic little feature on their oven? 

2009 Review

January - The Mushroom cut - one of my worst haircuts ever.  Jacque was nice enough to fix it a little for me and I haven't cut my hair since. 
Rocky worked on our cabinets in the cold garage

February - Our little macbook did the unthinkable....CRASHED.  Lessons learned - time machine is a great little product, wish that we would have used it prior to the crash.

March - COMPLETED cabinets.  A momentous occasion!

April - The plumbing was completely redone free of charge.  Although there are a few painting errors that we will have to fix.
Lilah was born.
First trip to DC
First trip to Hocking Hills - the mini mountains of Ohio

May - We to Salt Lake for Natalie and Jon's wedding!
We visited the Smokey Mountains - or as we like to call it 'Hill Billy Vegas'

June - We went to San Diego for Jason and Dana's wedding.

July - back to Utah for the Roberts family reunion.
Rocky gets called as an Early morning Seminary teacher.
My mac mini crashes and well the Apple brand is now a little tarnished in our home.
Found out we were pregnant

August - Joni got morning sickness that lasted 24 hrs a day.
Went to Utah for Sara's farewell.

September - Joni still sick.  We did NOTHING

October - Joni participated in Jury duty by reading books and eating snacks for two weeks straight.
Redid all the bathroom floors.

November - Found out we were having a baby boy.

December  - Home to Utah again for Christmas.  We had a wonderful Christmas and were happy to see lots of family and friends.
