Love Day



For Valentines Day we made heart shaped pizzas for dinner with chocolate fondue for dessert.  While enjoying dessert we watch Despicable Me 2.  It was a great night in with the family.

Bike riding on the trail

For my 31st Birthday I bought myself a bike off craigslist!  One weekend three families all went riding together on a trail.  Landon rode on the back of Joe's bike so we could go farther.  He ended up falling asleep at the end. 

Another weekend my friend Courtney and I went with just our kids since the hubby's were busy.

Kindergarten Christmas Performance

Michael's school had a Kindergarten Christmas Performance on the Friday morning before school let out for break. He was really excited for it and sang really well. He smiled at us almost the whole time. He loves Kindergarten and is in a dual language class leaning Spanish. He comes home singing Spanish songs and his accent has improved greatly in a few short months. He has two teachers and loves them both, so do I. They are awesome at what they do and I'm so grateful for amazing teachers that make school fun!

Baby Shower time!

An awesome friend of mine was having her first boy so a mutual friend and I threw a fantastic baby shower for her at my house.  It was quite crowded since the mother to be has lots of friends but we made it work and it was great!



The place looked so cute with Liz's cute garland everywhere. 


Lots of chairs for guests!  I think we had about 5 extra though.

December Happenings

Day after Christmas we had to spend our gift cards at Red Robin and go see Frozen!

  It was a fun day!

 

 

Children's Museum!

We love this Children's museum!  The kids always have a great time and it's well worth the money we spend on the Groupon.

Joe turns 35!

I surprised Joe with Spurs tickets for the night of his birthday by having him open his present and pull out the Spurs t-shirt.  After he opened it I told him to look inside.  There he found tickets to the game.  He was surprised it was for that night but was excited to go.  My friend watched the boys for us and even put them to bed. 

 

Had to take a selfie to prove I was there too!

 

My seat had the worst leg space but luckily I'm small so it didn't bother me too much!  I got the tickets on a buy one get one special so I guess mine was the free one! 

 

It was fun but next time we'll try to pick a team that can compete with the Spurs!  It's not quite as exciting of a game with you pummel the competition. 

2013 Fall Soccer

Another great season of soccer, this time with a different league and the teams were much more even which made the games so much more enjoyable!  Joe coached again and did a great job with 5 boys and 1 girl!  They were the Wolverines again considering the color of the jersey.  Michael improved a lot this season and really had fun with all the kids.

 

They had an end of the season party at Chuck E Cheeses where the kids all had a fun time and the parents can hardly hear each other. Am I right?  Here Michael is getting his medal...

3yr and 6yr photos

I have to take Landon by himself to get decent pictures so he'll focus you'll see how it fares when they are both together.

 

 

We found a huge pile of leaves so we had to play!  He was apprehensive about it at first but then loved it!  Too bad my settings were off so they're all blurry.

 

There were a few that I really liked but I decided on this one to have made into a canvas for our wall

 

 

Michael is quite easy to take pictures of now days. 

I'm enjoying the fact that I don't have to work so hard to get decent pictures. He does well even with Landon around while we take pictures.
