With over 20 years in sales, marketing, and psychology, I’ve worked at the intersection of business growth and human behavior.
My academic path began with an MA in International Business, followed by an MSc in Psychology — all driven by a passion for helping people reach their fullest potential.

That passion grew from transforming individual lives to founding Holistified, an HR and wellness consultancy serving powerhouse brands like Forbes and Visa.

Building a multi-dimensional wellness business from scratch taught me the truth about growth — from the uncertain beginning, through the messy middle, to the scaling stage. I know what works, what’s fluff, and what creates sustainable success.
