Product development platform
One stack from hardware bring-up to validated robot application.
Tinverse gives robotics and medical-device teams a coherent path across hardware contracts, embedded control, deterministic Linux, real-time data distribution, EtherCAT motion, and hierarchical application behavior. The value is a reusable product foundation—not another collection of unrelated middleware components.
The Tinverse development stack
Board, power, FPGA, connector, device-tree, and driver contracts from tinverse-hw-platform.
thal maps MCU and board peripherals into stable, testable tin/tio contracts.
Tinverse Linux provides reproducible Guix and Yocto images, including PREEMPT_RT variants.
tin-dds and Retina provide typed pub/sub, RTPS, reliability, security, and zero-copy SHM paths.
EthercatMaster provides deterministic EtherCAT discovery, PDO, mailbox, distributed-clock, and recovery flows.
tin/tsm hierarchical state-machine contracts turn device behavior into reviewable, testable product logic.
Tinverse Linux
Reproducible RT Linux images for Guix and Yocto systems.
Tin DDS
Typed, deterministic data distribution with RTPS, reliability, security, and zero-copy shared-memory paths.
DDS Benchmarking Suite
Numeric, repeatable cohorts for CycloneDDS, tin-dds, and Retina with shared payloads, topology, delivery checks, and weighted comparisons.
EthercatMaster suite
Low-jitter EtherCAT motion control for synchronized drives.
What completes the product offer
The core stack is in place. Production programs still require a reference hardware BOM, integrated SDK/version manifest, safety and cybersecurity evidence, hardware-in-the-loop validation, deployment/update operations, and a supported application lifecycle. Those are the workstreams we package around the platform.
