35 | Hello! If you're here, thank you for trusting in my reviews! These are mostly pieces that I have purchased and tried on personally, with the exception of some pieces from friends that I took the opportunity to measure for a wider range of data. All measurements are done by me personally to reduce the inconsistencies. My intention in sharing this guide is to hopefully help you make a better choice when deciding what size to buy, especially since these dresses are on the higher end, cost wise. If you need to refer to visuals, I have photos & videos on my Instagram Highlights - under cd notes π. I started measuring my Dawns this year because I realised that there were certain prints that had an odd fit for me, even though I stuck to the same size. I decided to look at the data (measurements) instead of relying on how I felt in the dress (which frankly speaking, changes based on which time of the month it is). This was when I realised that some Dawns have a smaller ptp/waist/torso ratio, which made the fit a lot boxier and in my opinion, smaller in some instances. This explained why I felt more comfortable in a size up for certain prints. I hope to expand this guide in future, when I have the time and headspace to.
