I had positive experience - easy to use, successful withdrawing, good APY%, it is quite tempting to invest more, but I will wait a couple of months to see if everything goes that well.

Bought 5 miners - 1 year subscription - total 710kH/s. Calculations for future mining and current income show profit of 40 percent. I did 3 withdrawals already and everything was perfect. No auto-shutting down of miners here. Hope it doesn't disappoint in the future.

CT Browser was definitely not worth - cloud mining is extremely slow and the browser is a skinned Chrome.

I've invested twice so far and if you study crypto currency ahead that i did through satoshi it becomes less confusing about transactions and privacy.

Other than no lightning address, not really much bad to say about crypto pool service and their level convenience.

Please, If you're going to invest read this first. I had the pleasure to invest in CTPOOL. I bought a 3 months subscription. Began the 27th August and Today is the 7th September. First things first, You're not going to be profitable. I haven't reached the end of my subscription but I know its not possible. They turn off your mining without any notification, so in order for you to be profitable you will have to keep opening the app to see if mining is turned on. You will reach out to them. They will give you a robotic response and I quote " Mining in ctpool operates in remote pool, to which user connects to receive rewards. All technical processes takes place within these pools. We have made the algorithm as easy to use as possible, so you only need to connect every few days. " I understand this message quite vividly but all im requesting is notification to let me know its turned off. This information was never mentioned before purchasing. You will learn about it once you've invested. Overall, you do in fact get your returns and its to their respected wallet. Keep in mind whenever you want to transfer funds from Nc wallet to another wallet they take out 6 usdt. For instance, mining is not on and transferring funds is 6 usdt. Basically, a loss with even more of loss. You cant break even with this company. CTPOOL YOU NEED TO DO BETTER.

Until it got to where they stopped sending funds it was all good. Crazy bc I use money from that to buy more and still waiting on 600

The rewards for buying in and seeing the return until that stops just don't understand the process, you should be able to cancel them then resend at once

Won't cash out after so much says you have reached your limit. Can't cancel and won't let you add it or anything

Not much. Don't like it at all. Who likes to be cheated They stops the miners do they they do not have to give payout (or less psyout).

Miner stops and has to be manually started. Question is why this company does not make it restart when they stop it. Many hours are lost regularly. Probably they do this intentionally yo vheat people.

The lack of communication, with no responses, no answers, and no explanations, has created a frustrating and disappointing situation. The absence of assistance has left concerns unresolved, significantly diminishing the quality of service and overall customer satisfaction.

This app is a nightmare! The customer support is the worst I’ve ever dealt with—rude, slow, and completely useless. John from customer service has a disgusting attitude, no professionalism, and clearly doesn't care about helping users.

My account was blocked/suspended for no reason, and after waiting over three working days for a response, they still refused to explain why! No clear answers, no solutions, just a bunch of generic copy-paste replies that lead nowhere.

They clearly don’t care about their users—just take your money and disappear. Stay far away from this scam of an app unless you enjoy frustration and terrible service! 🚨💀👎

The customer support service has been exceptionally poor. There has been a lack of response to inquiries, no answers provided, and a complete absence of explanations regarding the issues at hand. This has resulted in a frustrating experience, with no assistance or clarity offered to resolve concerns effectively.

You get 1 free miner which is god awfully slow but I decided to do the 3 month membership for $24.99. Speeds on my mobile are around 55000 H/S. Mining bitcoin couldn't be easier.

Free to download. Works on mobile devices. Easy to withdrawal. Free wallet. Very easy to use with help for those that need it.

Free version miner speed is so slow. Upgrading is the only way to make a real profit.
