With digital automatic couplings and complementary digital solutions, freight traffic by rail can be radically improved in terms of capacity, punctuality, working environment, efficiency and profitability.

Within the FR8RAIL IV project, part of the Freight Program in Shift2Rail, the winter-tests are now in full swing, carried out by Trafikverket, Green Cargo and several stakeholders from the European railway sector.
