In their own words

"I was expecting it to be quite stuffy – boring legal texts, everyone wearing suits, very serious all the time. It turned out to be the exact opposite. Everyone was very welcoming and warm."

Merle Bader (former trainee in the German language community)

"Growth needs fertile soil, and DG Translation gave me that. I had a kind, patient, supportive supervisor who encouraged me to experience trainings and job shadowing – it wasn't just about doing my role."

Garance Bernard (former communication trainee, Luxembourg)
