We’re pleased to share that Team Wendy Ceradyne and THEON INTERNATIONAL are partnering under a US Army DEVCOM Soldier Center initiative to develop a next generation Integrated Multi-Threat Headborne System (IMHS) – a modular, fully integrated helmet system designed to elevate protection, situational awareness, and connectivity for the modern warfighter.
This effort brings together leading ballistic, electro-optical, communications, and eye-protection technologies, with prototypes undergoing evaluation in FY26.

We’re pleased to confirm that Avon Protection has received a new European order for FM50 respirators and FM61EU filters via the NSPA framework contract. The order, worth approximately $20.6 million, will be delivered over FY2026 and FY2027.
Avon Protection’s FM50 respirator and FM61EU filter, is designed to protect the wearer from CBRN threats in line with latest NATO requirements. Avon Protection was awarded the 10-year NSPA FM50 contract in 2020, enabling NATO nations and partners to purchase the FM50 respirator, MP-PAPR, ST53, filters and related accessories.

We’re proud to share that we’ve won the Greenhouse Award at Tulip Interfaces 2025 Operations Calling Conference. This award celebrates teams that use Tulip to drive production excellence and continuous transformation.
Over the past year, our Cleveland Operations team, Tulip app developers, and IT partners have worked together to digitise and optimise processes. Their cross-functional collaboration has empowered employees, solved operational challenges, and enabled continuous transformation. Congratulations team!

On display: our newly unveiled MITR-PG1 Powered Goggles and the RIFLETECH Ballistic Helmet with new comfort pad system. We’re also sharing exciting new concepts in development, including a shallow water rebreather, the MITR communications system, and a TBI sensor system supporting research into traumatic brain injury.
