This Mental Health Awareness Week, colleagues across easyJet have come together in powerful and meaningful ways to support one another 💚 From sharing stories and checking in with each other, to wearing green in support and creating space for honest conversations, this week has been a reminder that supporting mental health is not just about one week of activity. It’s about the everyday actions that help people feel seen, supported, and connected. #MentalHealth #PeopleCulture #Inclusion

Today we were delighted to welcome Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou, founder of easyJet, back to Hangar 89 at London Luton – where it all started. ✈️ During his visit, Sir Stelios spent time with Kenton Jarvis and the Board and many of our brilliant Luton-based cabin crew and pilots, reconnecting with the people who continue to power the airline he founded just over 30 years ago. It was a great opportunity to reflect on how far we’ve come, celebrate our heritage, and recognise the dedication and professionalism of our teams who deliver for our customers every day. Thank you to everyone involved in making this a memorable visit – and welcome back Sir Stelios to where it all began! #easyJet #OurPeople #ProudHistory #FounderVisit

👉Introducing our ‘Book with Confidence Promise’ We understand that our customers may have questions about their travel plans, given recent global events and reporting around the supply of oil and jet fuel. That's why easyJet and easyJet holidays are introducing our ‘Book with Confidence Promise’ to reassure customers that their summer holidays are safe and to ease any potential concerns. This means our customers will never experience any fare increases or fuel surcharges once a booking is confirmed and our package holiday customers will continue to benefit from our market-leading Ultimate Flexibility policy. We intend to operate a full schedule of flights and holidays across our network and gearing up to fly 50 million people this summer, so you can 'Book with Confidence' and look forward to that well-earned break. ☀️ #BookWithConfidence #easyJet #easyJetholidays

When he’s not flying our planes, he’s flying through finish lines 🥇 A huge congratulations to our First Officer, Yohan Lidove, based in Nice, who took the men’s marathon title at the Manchester Marathon last weekend with an incredible time of 2:15:19. You might just have a champion at the controls on your next trip 👀

We were delighted to welcome Aviation Minister Keir Mather MP to Liverpool Airport last week. During the visit, the Minister met our Ground Operations and engineering colleagues and saw an easyJet turnaround up close, including joining the team in the tug to push back the Liverpool to Belfast service. It was a great opportunity to showcase the operational efficiency that underpins punctuality, resilience and a strong customer experience. Liverpool is home to one of our UK maintenance hangars and plays an important role in our wider operation, supporting safe and reliable flying across the network. As we enter the busy summer period, easyJet is continuing to invest in growth across the UK. That includes additional aircraft being based at Liverpool from this summer, opening our newest UK base at Newcastle just this week, and further new aircraft and routes being added across the country, strengthening regional connectivity and supporting jobs and skills nationwide. #Aviation #Operations #Engineering #RegionalGrowth #UKConnectivity #Liverpool #easyJet Department for Transport (DfT), United Kingdom Liverpool John Lennon Airport

Yesterday we opened our 11th UK base at Newcastle International Airport✈️ To celebrate we teamed up with Geordie institution Greggs to take sausage rolls to the skies, launching our very own destination inspired dips that were available to customers on our international flights from Newcastle yesterday as well as around the city this week. Our new three-aircraft base at Newcastle will strengthen our position in the North East and create 1,200 local jobs, as well as enabling us to expand our network, nearly tripling the number of our holiday destinations from Newcastle. Thank you to Kim McGuinness, Mayor of the North East and Nick Jones, CEO at Newcastle Airport for joining the celebrations and helping us bring this to life. We can’t wait to welcome even more customers from the North East of England, Southern Scotland, North Yorkshire and Cumbria onboard this summer! ☀️ #Newcastle #Baseopening #easyJet #NorthEast

We are saddened to learn that Ray Webster, former CEO of easyJet, passed away on 14 February. Ray led easyJet between 1996 and 2005, guiding the airline through a transformative period of growth and establishing the strong foundations that continue to support our business today. His leadership helped shape easyJet into one of Europe’s leading airlines. Our thoughts are with his family and loved ones at this difficult time. Ray’s legacy will remain an important part of our story.
