Amazing time with the team at Synthesia Live London! Everyone is talking about what they built with AI, but not as much about the results. In NYC and London Hearing from our customers on how much the platform has: - Increased their productivity (some by 50%) - Helped them upskill their teams - Take tasks away and let them be more strategic Shows you that not everything needs to be built or trained. Our AI is doing the training! Couldn’t be more stoked to work with such a talented team 🙌🏼

Most AI is trained by humans. At Synthesia, we train humans. At Synthesia Live yesterday, a theme kept coming up: there are two failure modes when rolling out AI at scale. The obvious one -> moving too slow. The less obvious one -> moving too fast. Overusing AI, outsourcing all thinking to it, quietly killing productivity. The second one is harder to spot. What I'm hearing from customers: they've stopped measuring how much AI people use. They're measuring actual productivity gains now. That shift matters. 2026 is the year companies stop experimenting and start implementing for real. The key will be training employees on how to use the tools tactically: how, where, and when they should - or shouldn't - be used. Thanks to everyone who showed up and shared their insights. Excited for the next one already.

I fumbled a sales pitch with a $4B CEO... All because I forgot the number 1 rule in sales. So I saw Synthesia all over my feed after they recently raised $200M. I was intrigued and wanted to meet their team. So I sent some cold emails and finally got connected to their CEO Victor Riparbelli. If enterprise sales taught me anything, it's to always do your research. So I picked up a vinyl for Victor after reading about his love for music. After the excitement of the gift, I was feeling confident. But then I broke the number 1 rule of sales. THE BEST SELLERS LISTEN MORE THAN THEY SPEAK. And I was word vomiting all over the place. Luckily, Victor was nice enough to give me another chance and ask some questions about the business. We chatted about his entrepreneurial journey, AI influencers, and his love for music. If you're interested, you can check out the full conversation between Victor and I on my YouTube channel. What was the worst sales call you've been apart of?
