We’ve got something to announce on Monday 👀 A project we’ve been working on behind the scenes for a while now, and one we’re very excited about launching. More to come from Maya Simmonds soon…

A little re-introduction to our Landscape Architecture team 👋 Our team specialises purely in Landscape Architecture recruitment across the US, working closely with firms ranging from boutique studios to nationally recognised practices. They know the market, they know the people, and they understand how important the right fit is on both sides. If you’re hiring, looking for a new role, or just want an honest chat about the market, reach out to Harvey Dunsire, Hannah Daly, Hannah Ricketts, Toby Shrimpton or Paige Ryding!

👀 Take a look at Jamie Blackburn’s blog ⬇️
I wrote my first blog! Have a quick read (only 3 minutes!). There's a growing shortage of experienced electrical engineers in our market - in part fuelled by the AI/ Data Center gold rush. I’ve offered my perspective based on conversations with candidates around why traditional MEP isn’t quite cutting it for some anymore, along with a bit of insight into what our clients can do to stay ahead of the curve (hint hint... it's not JUST about cash in hand, but that does play a part.)

Another new face at TYG, great to have Jakob joining the team! Here at TYG, we had a record quarter to start off 2026, and we couldn't have achieved that without all the hard work from each and every one of our consultants. As usual, we took our top performers out for quarterly lunch club, and then the whole team enjoyed a trip to the Bermondsey Beer Mile to celebrate. Here's to another successful quarter!

Big welcome to our newest team members, Toby and Paige, who’ve both joined the Landscape team here at TYG. After a year out in Australia, Paige is back in the UK and has joined us as our newest Associate Consultant. She’s come in with a great attitude and has already hit the ground running. Toby joins with 4+ years of experience recruiting in the Landscape Architecture space across the UK, and is now making the move over to the US market. In his first couple of weeks, he’s already shown the depth of his industry knowledge. Delighted to have you both on board, exciting times ahead!

Our top performers recently spent a few days in sunny Seville celebrating their achievements and hard work over the past 6 months. It was our first incentive trip... and safe to say it’s set the bar high. We already have people qualified for our next trip! If you can see yourself there, get in touch with Maya - we have some exciting opportunities to talk about.

A few weeks ago Tony Tasdemir met up with our client Scott J Profeta for a drink and a catch up in London. They talked SPAR, where things are heading, and everything in between. It sounds simple, but the work is only as good as the relationships behind it. Taking the time to genuinely know the people we work with is what makes all the difference. If you're ever in London and fancy putting a face to the name, drop us a message!
