    Measuring the independent convenience channel has always been a challenge. But we believe we’ve built the most reflective market read in the industry.     As a proud data partner since 2020, we were delighted to attend this year’s CJ Lang & Son Limited/SPAR Scotland annual supplier briefing. CJ Lang release wholesale shipments data as well as retail epos data, with over 80 suppliers subscribing to SalesTrack via TWC Group’s SmartView digital reporting platform. We were also delighted to analyse sales performance data for the current partnership trial with Iceland as well as Spar’s Spin into Spring consumer Rewards programme.     Months and months in the planning 📆 We are thrilled to start sharing early Channel Track findings with our valued clients. Channel Track is our new data, research and insight programme for measuring channel performance. 💳 We use 10 million consumers’ debit and credit card transactional spend data 🧾 Plus the first tranche of 70,000 UK consumer research surveys. The nation is being polled daily to understand food and drink purchasing behaviour. We had a great meeting yesterday with Caterforce Ltd, sharing initial findings with Gary Mullineux, Clare Greensmith and Lucy Boland PG Dip IDM. 📈 Our mission is to provide unique data to wholesalers, suppliers and operators, enabling the wholesale sector to be data led to grow sales...just like the retail mults.     TWC Team Day 🌟 Last month, the whole TWC team came together for our quarterly review - a chance to step back from the day‑to‑day and look at what’s next for the wholesale channel. Commercial Director, Sarah Coleman, shared her plans for 26/27 with the team and Jayne Webb, Insight Director, updated everyone on our Insight Strategy. TWC remains the only agency working exclusively in the UK wholesale and associated route-to-market sub sectors.
