Recollections

I spread my mind upon the table

To pick a thought or two

Piling for the gloomy winter

Sunburnt memories in azure blue.

I usually hide them in a notebook.

It has a thick, impenetrable sheath

In the inside, smooth, elastic leaves

Forbearing to disenchantment and cynicism.

They curve around the words

Strain the thoughts of the mistakes

Spring from a transparent surface

Sea breeze and crystal clear love.

My fingertips caress its lines

I treasure my feelings so far

Salty dewdrops slide from

The petals to the glade of heart.

Chosen Love

Your words, crawl on my skin

Every inch, covered in vitriolic secretions.

You’ve always burnt, your way, into me

Will you lend me some tears for my redemption ?

Your lyricism, attacks my heart,

Deconstructs my precious coherence.

I am feeling for your inner battle,

Will you trust to me, in your fears’ appearance ?

Your compass, points far beyond the stars

I would only wish, I could come to your assistance

But the sonnet is written, for just only one

Trespassers are strictly forbidden.

Unavailingly, I wander, along with your words

Seeking your empathy in my excruciation,

I have already chosen my cross, my beloved

Will you, gallantly, beat the drums, at your discretion ?
