Garlands may garnish neck
Nonetheless, it is stowage
Crowns may adorn the head,
But thorny to the sovereign
Lineage of survival says
The foot prints of the past
Laurels in the threshold
Peter out one day or another
Novice or No -wise
Experience moulds everyone,
Pedagogic the art to
Learn the lexicon of life.
The last garland falls one day
When world no longer bears
The chemistry of life is so sacred
We make it history
Enabling the inner mind
Evading jealousy, fury, desire
Perform the art of living
Where the realm of soul dwells.

Though rough and tough,
This celestial ball
Looks like a marble;
Infiltrates the silver cloud
And so our body and soul,
Engulfs our thoughts…
Passionate in appearance
Prompt in performance
Scientific in approach;
Teaches the philosophy of nature
By waxing and waning:
‘Overcome all ups and downs’
– VIGIL KUMAR

The Sun blazes me,
The Earth heaves me
I will not die,
Even if the gate of life
Shuts the door on my face
The tree of life flourish,
Go up and up, to the pinnacle
Beside the Gravitation;
My roots will pierce
The crust and mantle of Earth
To establish the equilibrium of Existence
The sky is also not the frontier
I plunge into the pool of billows
Amble over the continual Cosmos;
Corporal opulence shivers one day
My quest for celestial bliss
Sustain so long as the Soul lives,
I will attain the cosmic reality.
