What the?!:What do you do for your mother in-law on mother's day when you don't have kids? Well naturally you take pictures of all the granddogs and frame them for her, duh! I can especially feel the love between Kia and Ruger!

Serious pet drama!

We had a seriously rough summer with our pets! First we lost our awesome Harvey kitty :( We searched and searched, made flyer's, checked the pound, posted and add, but no luck. She is missing forever! About a month later we had to put our Kia wiener dog to sleep! (I want to put an emoticon crying here but I don't know how) Her poor back went out and she was paralyzed and could not move her back end. I never thought I would see Wade so attached to a dog but he loved her as much as I did! Alexa was and still is devastated :( We did lose a few hermit crabs that we got at that fair but compared to everything else not so traumatic. So after all that we ended up with 2 cats. Rosa are nice sweet black kitten, and Paul our Sphynx (hairless cat). Rosa is a sweet cuddly little thing :) Paul we got as an adult, she is 4 year old. She was quite skinny when we got her and noticed that when she was eating the food was falling out of her mouth. I took her in the next day to get a dental and she had to have 11 teeth pulled! She is doing good now and has gained some weight. Her previous owners had all 4 paws declawed! I'm not gonna lie it is nice when she has to have a bath (which is weekly because she doesn't have fur). Rosa does pick/play with her at an unfair advantage though.

Birthday Girl (Well, back in February)

I am really sucking at blogging this year! Alexa turned 7 in February, she is getting so big! For her birthday this year we went to the movies and saw Gnomoe and Juliet in 3D, first we had cake and ice cream at the house then Jessi and I took 10 little girls to the movies (whew, it was rough). I thought it would be best if Wade sat this one out so bless Jessi's heart for stepping up and helping out!
