Wade had another shoulder surgery in June. They did a bone graft, placed 2 pins and cut 1 1/2 inches off his collar bone :( He is doing good now but misses the gym. The doctor said it will be 6-8 months before he can go back. He has been pushing his luck and not resting, he just can't seem to help himself.
Alexa had another dance recital, it was adorable! I can't help but cry at everyone because they are so cute. The production was Alice in Wonderland and her class were the caterpillars. They did 2 dances but I will only inflict one of them on all of you :)
As most of you already know we are having a baby in December. My due date is the 29th, we had decided that we didn't really want a December baby so we thought "maybe we won't try this month" so naturally, it happened. I am 15 weeks now. At my 12 week visit the Dr said he would start me on the Dec 22 so we can at least not have to be there on Christmas. My plan is to go 3 weeks early and have the baby Dec 8, and since I get to plan things like this that's what I'm going for :)
I figured our first post wouldn't be complete unless I had a little something about Kia. She is getting old and fat :) I took her to get her shots and the vet gave me a 20 minute lecture on her obesity. So we have had her on a diet and she has lost 5 pounds! That's like a 1/4 of her body weight. It is getting harder though, I have a hard time resisting those wiener eyes when I'm eating.
