Braden's Big Adventure!

Most everyone knows by now, especially if you check my sister's page, but I thought I'd post in honor of Braden too. He and his girlfriend Megan were in a car accident last Wed, March 4. She was driving his mustang and they got t-boned on his side. She came out of it with a major headache but Braden wasn't soo lucky. His pelvis was smashed between the console and the door. The paramedics used the "jaws of life" to cut him out of the car. He was transferrd to the trauma floor at St. Al's but was able to come home yesterday. He has a hospital bed, wheelchair, walker, and crutches at home. Because of his upper body strength he can get himself around pretty well but still needs some help. No weight on his right leg!

This is his car. We've joked about putting a pic of the other side on craigslist. It looks great!

This is his ear after getting stitched back up.

This is his abdomen. Each row has about 25 staples. He also has one more row of about 50-55 staples down his right leg.

This is him practicing walking with the physical therapist. He even went up and down a couple stairs. Everyone is so amazed with his progress.

Here he is being bored in the hospital. He's so glad to be home and we are glad to have him back!!! We love you Braden!!!

Preggo Tummy!!

Due to my loving husband pointing out how fast my stomach is growing, he took a few pics of me Saturday afternoon to document my growth. This first picture is of my attractive love handles that seem to be more and more appartent day by day. I didn't realize them until I saw this picture. The camara adds a few pounds right???

I don't mind this next pic as much. It looks a little more like a pregnant belly. The side view is more pleasant than the front in my opinion. I almost forgot to mention--These were taken at 15 weeks prgnant.

Just a thought

Last night I was putting in a Scentsy order with my friend Angela who sells here in Nampa and had a thought for all my out-of-town friends. Scentsy is pretty popular around here but for those of you who moved to other states for med school (Natalie & Andrea), or any other reason, you should consider selling it. Angela and I can help you figure out how many consultants live in your area and you might be able to make quite a bit of extra cash and still be a stay-at-home mom.
I'm not a consultant myself because I know too many people that are but sure turn in a lot of orders to Angela and earn a ton of free stuff!!! It's a great product and everyone that buys one always comes back for more. Take a look at her website at www.scentsy.com/angelat. Leave a comment or give me a call if you are intereted. I know way too much about it!!!
