Progress Rumah 2

It's has been a while since I last post about our house renovation and alhamdullilah it is almost done, the indon guy is currently doing the painting work for internal and external of the house. We are extremely over the budget right now. Anyway, I'm letting go..cheap..cheap 2 doors panasonic fridge rarely used, tv panasonic, for those interested call me ye ;).

Just for OUR record what we have done so far: -
1) Full tiles wall at the wet kitchen with concrete top.
2) Putting a base for washer machine
3) Extention of store room below the staircase with new hand-railing.
4) Plaster ceiling for entire house
5) Concealed works for 5 airconds
6) Wirings

7) Concealed 3 windows
8) Changing piping works for toilets and kitchens
9) Skirting works external and internal
10) Concrete fence and Tiles at car porch.
11) Painting

Note: Semua kerja di atas di buat oleh seorang indon kecuali no. 4,5 dan 6. Alhamdullilah kerja dia so far memang memuaskan dan dia lah yang merasmikan duduk rumah aku lebih dari sebulan. Skrg sudah bising tanya bila mau habis keje bos, saya enggak bisa cari makan gini..hahaha..budget ciput aku suh dia buat keje slow2. Tapi kalau sesiapa nak buat renovation rumah dgn budget ciput mcm aku, aku leh rekomen ini indon..harga memang lebih murah dari contractor (siap promote tu..yelah aku rasa bersalah suh dia buat slow2..hahahaha)

Bila nak pindah..insyallah tunggu ada rezeki nak siapkan the balance, lagi 2,3 bulan.

Progress Rumah 1

Cerita pasal rumah baru..letih..letih..letih rupanya dah berpindah kan. Setiap weekend ada aje nak buat, survey itu ini..dah budget low kene cari mana yang menepati citarasi dgn budget yang di tentukan so semuanya jadi slow. Lagipun kami selesa duduk di rumah sekarang walaupun jauh sikit dari tempat keje masing2 compare dgn rumah baru yang hanya 10-15 minute dah boleh sampai office tapi tempat skrg ni mcm-mcm ada, dekat sangat dgn our bz dekat dgn rumah mak dan rumah mak mertua..ooo.

Jiran dah ramai berpindah, diorang dah start renovation seawal bulan 10 tahun lepas tapi kami baru nak start bertukang. Takpe slow2..baru seminggu lepas electrical contractor datang untuk hacking job tambah mana2 plug and points yang tak cukup, dan hari ini baru start suruh contractor lagi satu membuat keje2 memecahkan mana2 dinding dan tingkap2 yang kami tak mau dan perlu di tutup. Lepas ni panggil pc contractor lak..lepas tu apa pulak..semua dah di atur tapi  di buat secara beransur-ansur bergantung pada fulus dlm bank. Kalau duit banyak tak yah susah2 pikir kan.

Cite Rumah Baru..

Back on 31st October 2009 old story hah! But due to my laziness to upload pictures after more than a month the story up today…hehehe.

Ok just a little story about our new house, we bought this house at Setia Alam, Shah Alam by SP Setia Berhad one month before I was due to give birth Hairee and I still remember 1 week before I went for elective caesarian, we settled the 10% down payment, applying loan, kwsp and lawyer fees..etc., I’m sure everyone are well verse the terms of buying new house. This is our third house, the first house we bought during cintan-cintun and 2nd house we bought 1 year before we got married and both are double storey too but due to I don’t really know why, perhaps the location, 1st house in Saujana Utama Sungai Buloh and 2nd house in Bandar Baru Puchong which we didn’t really like it or better to say ‘takde rezeki nak duduk’ we sold the houses after letting it out for quite sometimes.

Hopefully, this will be our final house..maleh nak byk hutang lagi. The house is not so big but I guess it enough to fit the 3 of us. There are lots of things to be done, so insyallah by mid of next year we will be moving in. Nopicture of front poach..terlupa dah.
