Click Places>Find a Place and look for the link that directs you to There's new search engine.

Type in your search parameter in the box at the top of the screen.  Then examine all the listings, or narrow it down to house, clubhouse, funzone, neighborhood, or lot.  A 'visit' link on each entry allows you to teleport directly to the place of interest.

Click Activities>Happening Now to get a list of scheduled events.

Click on the Title of the event you wish to attend to get more information.  Click the 'Go There Now' button to teleport to the event site immediately.  Signing up for the event will provide you with a summons when the event begins.
