When in a zone you own, or if you have host or cohost, privileges, you may be able to decorate the zone.  This allows you to place add-on kits, such as seating and other decorations.  When you have decorating privileges, clicking 'This Place,' will give Layout and Gear options. 

Find the item you want to place in the 'Gear' list, and 'Take One Out.'  The item will then appear in your hand and you can move it to the desired position.  The number pad can be used to nudge the item left, right, forward or back with the 4,6,8, and 2 number keys.  The + and - keys may be used to lower or raise the object to the desired positions.  When it is in the place you desire, choose the 'Place Here' option.

If you wish to change the position of an item, select the 'Show Decorate Tags' option.  This will allow you to see the Action Tags of furniture already placed, so you can put it away or pick it up to move it.  NOTE:  You can only work with objects you own.  If you pick up an item placed previously by the owner, it will disappear into the owner's inventory.

Houses have special decoration tags for windows, ceilings, floors, panels, doors and some wall decorations.  Click the corresponding Action Tag to see options for changing those decorations

You may use the Layout Options to save a layout or to load one previously saved.
