2013, it was a great year!!!!!

The highlights of our 2013 in pictures. In January we did a lot of indoor activities and games

because our house looked like this
In February my sister Sally and her little girl Claire came to visit us. I think we should make this an annual tradition Sal!!!
March: My brother came home from his mission!! The ultimate highlight of the year!!!!
In April Haylee played on a soccer team for the first time and we planted our first flowers at our new house for Earth Day!
May: Weston and I celebrated 7 yrs of being married.
And another ultimate highlight was being in the sealing room watching my sister Stacey get married to the man of her dreams!!
Also in May I was very proud of my little miss graduating preschool!
In June Haylee's bestie and cousin came to visit!!
And Hunter skipped training wheels and just went for it! In July more cousins came to visit!!
Hunter turned 3!
And we went to Boise to visit lots of cousins!!
In August we went berry picking! We had so much fun!
And we went swimming a lot!! Besides two days a weeks of swimming lessons we went almost everyday! I think it was the last day of August that Haylee finally learned how to swim underwater! Septmember: I still don't know if I consider this a highlight, but it is a big event in Haylee's life. She went to kindergarten. It was a very hard day for me. I don't like my babies growing up. But she is doing great and loving it so I can only be thankful!
October is always a fun filled month! I had a girl weekend with my sisters and mom!
And I just love the fall in general!
November:I had a wonderful month reflecting on all that I was grateful for! I especially loved this month!
Haylee turned 6 and celebrated with her first friend birthday party!
In December we had so much fun getting ready for Christmas! The anticipation of family coming to town and all that accompanies Christmas had my kids bouncing off the walls.
I had so much fun looking at pictures from the past year! I love reflecting at this time of year! I had some of my most joyous tears and happiness!! In turn, I can think of some pretty sad tears and hard days. But our family was so blessed this year. I cannot even begin to put into words how our family is being watched over. I love watching my kids learn and grow! They constantly amaze me and my love bursts out of my heart for them. I admire Weston so much! His career is really taking off and I'm so proud of him! He puts so much energy into our family and I am so in love with him. I have enjoyed being challenged in various things I have done this year! We are excited for the new year as we grow closer as a family! Happy New Year!!!

Christmas 2013

We had such a great Christmas, it was all perfect actually!! I'm sad it's over but we have some great memories to now cherish!! There was lots of talking, laughing, playing games, shopping, eating, staying up way too late, and celebrating so I'm too tired to say much. I just wanted to get some pictures up of all the magic the Holiday brings!! I"m so grateful my family could come and stay with us!!!

waiting so eagerly to come downstairs to see if Santa came!!!
Weston got my brother, my dad, and my brother in law potato guns for christmas, Jason got Weston a deer for target shooting. Perfect!! They had a good laugh and good time with that!
I am so happy and grateful for my family that came, and we missed the one's who weren't here!! We had a very Merry Christmas and look forward to the new year!!!

Caroling

Haylee wanted to have a little christmas party this year with her friends and she really really really wanted to go Christmas Caroling! I thought that sounded like so much fun. So she did her own invitations we took them to her friends and then we started planning her party. She wanted to make a Christmas craft at her party too but I steered her into the direction of playing a game instead. So we put treat plates together for the houses we went to and then went around to all the girls' families to sing to them. All the girls had so much fun and they sang so loud. It was great! Then we came back ate our own treats and played pin the ornament on the tree. We might have to make this party a tradition!

Working hard getting their treat plates put together
All bundled up and ready to go!
