Liz and Rosie

Rosie B loves her Aunt Liz—and she is so helpful she deserves her own post on here. Plus, this pic of Liz with Rosie B is adorable. I love how Rosie is looking right up at her.

Liz was there through Mommy’s whole labor even though she had a newborn of her own. We love Aunt Liz!

The second person Rosie met in this world was Nana (Daddy was first, Nana was second, Liz was third, and Mommy was 4th!). They were instantly in love!

Rosie B is just 5 days old, but is already always camera ready. Here is a sneak peak at one of her newborn photo shots. She was fantastic in front of the camera!

These are all from Rosie’s first day. She’s the best. The one photo is the first time Mommy laid eyes on her…I think she was 4 hours old at least by then. But, even though Mommy looks terrible and is swollen from all of the fluid she had been getting via IV, it is one of our favorite pictures.

Dr. Pilliod was one of Mommy’s labor and delivery doctors at MGH. And, even though Mommy ended up having an urgent C-section (after 2 days of labor and nearly 3 hours of pushing!), Mommy still loved having her visit.

Rosie B is only 3 days old, and honestly doesn’t really act or look like a newborn baby! Several of the nurses commented that she is the “prettiest baby” they have ever seen at MGH. Mommy and Daddy agree.

This is the first picture of all of us together: Mommy, Daddy, and Rosie. 

Introducing Little Miss Rosie Beatrix Gunn. Born January 23 at 2:33 pm, weighing 8 lb 4 oz,  and is 21 inches long. This is one of her very first pictures with Mommy. She’s perfect!
