Rosie Beatrix has lots of cousins, and some of them came to visit her! Today, we all went to Walden Pond. Rosie loved the warm(er) weather and sunshine!

Rosie Beatrix is 9 weeks old! Technically it was yesterday, but we had a busy day, so we didget to post her weekly monkey pic. So, here it is.

That is not misspelled. It means “Smile with your eyes!” If you haven’t noticed, Rosie Beatrix loves getting her picture taken, and always has a smile. I wish I was faster with the camera because I never catch her biggest grins!

Rosie Beatrix recently realized that she loves her Bumbo seat! She’s finally strong enough to hold up her head long enough to make it enjoyable and make her feel like a big girl!

Rosie was 8 weeks old on Wednesday, but I wanted to wait until she went to the doctor and got her stats to post about it. So, today Rosie had her 8 week check up. She was looking all cute and happy, as always. Here are her stats:
Height: 23 inches, 84th percentile
Weight: 11 lb 12 oz, 62nd percentile
Head: 97th percentile

Then, we had to get her shots. Not fun. Rosie NEVER cries (I know, I know, I’m so lucky). So when she shrieked aloud when she got her shots, I started crying too. It was traumatic for the both of us, but we are better now and she’s back to her normal, happy self.
