In a press conference Thursday afternoon, Bondi, FBI Director Kash Patel, FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino, U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro and others praised the herculean months-long work to arrest a suspect after years of inactivity during Joe Biden’s administration.

Brian Cole Jr. was arrested and charged with placing the pipe bombs at the RNC and the DNC on January 5, 2021. He was also charged with transporting an explosive device in interstate commerce and the attempted malicious destruction by means of explosive materials, with more charges likely to result from the ongoing investigation.

Patel reiterated that the FBI “did not discover any new information,” adding that the FBI brought in a new team that “reexamined every piece of evidence, sifted through all the data, something that the prior administration refused and failed to do.”

Bongino suggested the prior regime deliberately deprioritized the pipe bomber investigation, even as Biden and Democrats across the county campaigned on their narrative of the pipe bomber.

This isn't the first time CNN has rushed to accuse a non-white man who committed a heinous crime of being a white man. It's almost as if -- and again, we here at the Louder with Crowder Dot Com website would hate to jump to conclusions -- but it's almost as if there are people working for the journalisming-content company who want violent suspects to be white for ideological reasons.

Mexican Drug Cartel Hacks FBI Agent's Phone

Somehow I missed this story from a month ago. Mexican drug cartel hacker spied on FBI official's phone to track and kill informants, report says | TechCrunch

The last thing that you want is to tip off the Cartel to the fact that you are working with informants.

The report said the 2018 incident happened while the FBI was working on the investigation that would eventually lead to the arrest of El Chapo. At the time, according to the report, someone connected to his cartel tipped off the FBI that the criminal organization had hired a hacker.

The hacker “offered a menu of services related to exploiting mobile phones and other electronic devices,” and was able to observe people going in and out of the U.S. Embassy in Mexico’s capital, according to the report, including the FBI assistant legal attaché, a federal agent who works overseas along with local law enforcement authorities.

The hackers, and the cartel, had access to surveillance being done by the Mexican government.

This is bad. This is why I call them Funded But Incompetent.

There were a lot of ways to hack a phone in 2018. If it was an iPhone it could have been done with malicious a iMessage. But as several people have pointed out, it isn't that hard to get someone to leak data about everything they are doing. Do you have TikTok on your phone? Did you let every application have access to your exact position data because it is easier when you need an Uber or want to order Door Dash? Add in the fact that cartels have a lot of money to pay people at telephone companies, or wherever, and I see cellphones as a huge security exposure for this kind of thing, and I don't work in an area where people could die. People did die.

FBI versus Traditional Catholics

The former FBI director testified that the FBI's targeting of traditional Catholics, was limited to a single field office, and that was struck down as soon as the powers-that-be became aware of it. Turns out that was a lie.

The Biden-era FBI chief told House lawmakers in July of 2023 that the memo – which described the purported overlaps between Catholics who oppose abortion rights and would-be terrorists as an opportunity for “threat mitigation” and “source development” – was “a single product by a single field office.”

However, the new FBI files obtained by Grassley show the bureau produced “at least 13 additional documents and five attachments that used anti-Catholic terminology,” as well as a second memo updating the FBI’s Richmond Field Office’s case against “radical” Catholics.

So if lying to Congress is a crime, why do so many people do it, and not face any consequences?

The new documents reveal that Richmond FBI officials worked with the bureau’s field offices in Louisville, Portland, and Milwaukee as they drafted the memo – further belying Wray’s testimony.

The Deep State apparently thinks that it doesn't answer to anyone, about anything. And they clearly don't like anything that would prevent people from worshiping The State.

FBI Warning On Swatting

You would think that the cops would have heard of this by now, but apparently they haven't.

I recently reached out to the local sheriff's office and did something I hadn't previously expected would ever be on my radar: I asked that, if they ever receive a call regarding my residence that requires an emergency response, they keep in mind the high likelihood that it's a hoax. I was assured that the word would be passed to the local commander and deputies. There was no surprise on their part at what would have been a weird request just a few years ago, for good reason. The director of the FBI and other government officials have been sounding the alarm about an uptick in swatting attacks, many of them targeted at people whose political opinions rub somebody the wrong way.

Here is the truth that the "tolerant Left" doesn't want spoken.

On March 20, CNN's Hadas Gold reported that "at least a dozen influencers" had been swatted in the previous two weeks. "Almost all the influencers who have publicized their recent swattings are conservative supporters of President Donald Trump." In the article, one victim referred to swatting as a "cheap form of terrorism."

Second, Attorney General Pam Bondi announced that the Bureau had dropped off a “truckload” of Jeffrey Epstein files after she’d set a hard deadline for their turnover.

Coincidence?

James Dennehy had told agents in his office to "dig in" after Trump was elected.

These include allegations that at least two of the fired officials, Jeffrey Veltri and Dena Perkins, manipulated the security clearance review process to personally and professionally punish conservatives, COVID-19 vaccine skeptics, and Jan. 6 whistleblowers who reported suspected bureau malfeasance, and retaliated against those who came to the whistleblowers’ defense.

This adds to the purge that took place this week at the Department of Justice, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

Why is it a lie? Only 13,719 of the roughly 19,000 law enforcement agencies report stats to the FBI. And it isn't the rural counties that don't report.

So they're telling you only 72% of the story, seeing as how 28% of the law enforcement agencies didn't send in their crime numbers. And among those agencies that didn't send in crime numbers?

• Chicago

The three biggest blue city shitholes who have crime numbers that dwarf those of entire states.

But crime is down. Except if you count those 3 cities.

And why is the media in on the lie?

Covenant School Shooting, Audrey Hale, and Mental Health

The Tennessee Star has been doing a wonderful job of covering the 2023 Nashville shooting at The Covenant School, a Presbyterian Church in America parochial elementary school in the Green Hills neighborhood of Nashville, Tennessee. This is understandable since The Tennessee Star is headquartered about 20 miles south of Nashville. The Progressive Left loves to paint The Tennessee Star as a "right wing" news organization, because they do not fall in line with the legacy media. And so they want you to ignore what they don't control.

Metro Nashville Police Department learned Covenant School killer Audrey Elizabeth Hale was a 22-year patient of mental health professionals at Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) on March 27, 2023, the same day she orchestrated her devastating attack that claimed the lives of three 9-year-old students and three adults working at the school.

The Tennessee Star obtained the June 1, 2023 affidavit filed by an MNPD detective to obtain a search warrant for VUMC from a source familiar with the Covenant investigation.

That is from the age of 6. I think based on her actions we can say, as The Other McCain notes...

Heck of a job, “mental health professionals.”

As a result of all of that therapy (and more), detectives believe that someone at Vanderbily University Medical Center knew what was being planned, or at least was told and discounted it. If they took it seriously, they would have to do something about it, like get the eeeevil authorities involved. (They would lose their Social Justice Warrior card if they did anything like that!)

Transparency? The people don't have a right to know, and besides, they're too stupid to understand the nuances of the situtation. And it might tarnish the Social Justice Warrior narrative.

The letterhead and heading used for the memo indicate it originated at the FBI’s Critical Incident Response Group in Quantico, Virginia. The opening paragraphs reveal it was sent by the FBI’s Behavioral Threat Assessment Center (BTAC), the home of the FBI’s Behavorial Analysis Unit (BAU-1). The memo was not signed.

The memo does not specifically mention Audrey Elizabeth Hale, who fatally shot three 9-year-old students and three faculty members in the devastating March 27, 2023 attack at the Covenant School in Nashville.

It was, however, sent two days after Star News Digital Media, Inc., which owns The Tennessee Star, and the company’s CEO, Michael Patrick Leahy, filed a lawsuit against the FBI in federal court to compel the release of Hale’s written documents, including those sometimes called a manifesto, and one day after Star News Digital Media, Inc. and Leahy filed a lawsuit against Metro Nashville Davidson County Government in state court for the same purpose.

I will leave you to read the details. Suffice it to say, that the FBI is not in favor of letting the public know stuff about mass shooters. Best to leave it in the hands of the experts.

This slow-motion foot-dragging approach by Nashville police ought to be the subject of action by state authorities in Tennessee — the governor, the legislature, the state attorney general. Something has gone badly wrong in how authorities in Nashville are handling this case, and I think the FBI’s involvement is part of the problem. Merrick Garland and the powers that be at the Department of Justice have a political agenda, and I don’t think it’s a far-fetched “conspiracy theory” to suggest that the DOJ wants to keep the Covenant School massacre case from getting the kind of public attention it deserves. Here you have a transgender-identified lunatic murdering innocent people, including three children, at a Christian school, and hey, maybe that doesn’t look so good for the Democratic Party’s LGBTQIA+ agenda, ya think?

In what must be considered not only an act of doctoring evidence but willfully misleading the American people into believing the former president is a criminal and threat to national security, agents involved in the raid attached the cover sheets to at least seven files to stage the photo.

The have Seth Rich's laptop, and some other records, but they don't believe that they are subject to FOIA requests, even though a judge has ordered them to be turned over. I am also not shocked about this.

At this point I think we can say that the FBI is little more than the not-so-secret police of the Democratic party.

The FBI and FinCEN versus Your Constitutional Rights

FinCEN is a branch of the Treasury Department that tries to stop money laundering. Or that is what they are supposed to do. They must have the drug trade stopped dead cold, because they are focusing on people with opinions they don't like.

Do any of those things, and FinCEN considers you a violent extremist.

The U.S. Supreme Court also was labeled “extremist” by the Biden administration’s congressional allies after its June 2022 decision to overturn its 1973 decision in Roe v. Wade and return abortion policy to the hands of the people’s elected representatives. By this standard, any book or media that affirms the innate value of every human life would be classified as extreme—and that includes the Bible.

“If you’re looking for someone who bought religious text, or [something that] is related in some way to a ‘MAGA Republican’ or ‘Trump,’ is that not profiling?” asked Family Research Council President Tony Perkins.

Oh and if you disagreed with their Leftist leaning and owned guns, you were probably/definitely/maybe a terrorist. They couldn't seem to decide. In any event it meant you shouldn't have anything resembling privacy. Search Warrants? Probable Cause? Don't make me laugh! They're the FBI! They don't' need no stinkin' search warrants!
