I couldn’t make toggle work on mobile with touch? Should I add something or there is no touch support?

Probably your theme might be conflicting with it.

I tested it on Chrome for iOS and it works fine on the default theme https://lesterchan.net/wordpress_dev/2015/07/15/test/
