    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, the Custom HTML widget doesn’t support rendering shortcodes — it will only display them as plain text.

    To make the shortcode work, you’ll need to use the Shortcode widget (or the block editor’s “Shortcode” block) instead of the Custom HTML widget.
