Hi.

I am getting a error ‘There was an error processing the request’ when navigating the ‘Restaurants | Our Portfolio’ slider. The ‘Restaurants | Our Portfolio’ slider is called with the shortcode [INSERT_ELEMENTOR id=11994] using the Anywhere Elementor plugin.

With the free plugin, we only render what is in the template. Please check the widget you’ve used in the template; the issue may be related to the widget you used to create the portfolio slider.

I have created the slider under Posts.

You asked me to share the System Info file to shows the log error.

Did you look at the log error in the file ?

I am happy to share the WordPress Dashboard login credentials for further troubleshooting.

First, sharing or asking WordPress login credentials is againt for WordPress support forum guidelines and we truly respect these guidelines.

Now regarding your issue,
Ther error messages shown in your debug log screenshot, none of them related to our plugin. You should check with the authors of the respective plugin regarding this. Also check if there is any updates available for those plugins.

Inside your template, you must have added a widget/shortcode to display the slider. You can also check with the author of that plugin about this issue.

I’ve changed the style from slider to grid which has solved the issue.
