Hi @ankitwp30,
For help with this, I recommend contacting WP All Import support: http://www.wpallimport.com/support/
Thanks,
Hi @mzwach,
I think that it is maybe related to the old PHP version on my system (7.3) or the old wp?
Yes, that’s possible. PHP 7.4 or greater is required for the plugin to work properly: https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/server-configuration/
It is still possible that there is a conflict because of a 3rd party plugin, so i still advice doing the conflict test as mentioned previously. Remember to take a full backup of your website before you proceed.
Thanks,Hi @mzwach,
Based on the error, the table wp_pmxe_posts wasn’t created properly when the plugin was activated. Can you please try deactivating and deleting it, download a fresh copy, then install and activate the new copy? Hopefully that will cause the table to be created this time.
If you still see the same error, another plugin is probably causing a conflict. The quickest way to check is to:
- Temporarily deactivate all your other plugins.
- Then, see if WP All Export activates without any errors.
- If it does, just reactivate your other plugins one by one.
I hope this helps.
Thanks!

@sassia2000 – the screencast somehow got deleted, here it is again: https://vimeo.com/1112602068
Hi @sassia2000,
Select the ‘meals’ element to include the timestamp. (see: https://jumpshare.com/s/o24PWcyqVCgw9ZDF5sMd)
I am facing the same issue when tryting to connect my Facebook Page.
“Facebook SDK returned an error: Cross-site request forgery validation failed. Required param “state” missing from persistent data.”
Tried to reconnect many times. Cleared cache and also deactivated all the plugins on the site as suggested by @whitewizard00, but the issue persists.
It seems like something changed in FB that you will need to fix.Hi @word1press,
Hope you are doing well.
I can reproduce the behavior on my site too. It’s not just *+* it’s also other special characters such as *%* , *&*, *#* , *(* ETC.
Notice when you save the Denylist rule, the list item *+* becomes ** , here is a screenshot https://i.imgur.com/6d6NSXc.jpg and that’s the reason why the WPForm Email Field is rejecting all the email address no matter if it contains a + sign or not.
So, I believe it’s a limitation of using special characters with Wildcards in WPForms as it may cause issues with the WPForm form core code. By the way, I also tested *-* and it worked perfectly. So there are some special characters that are not allowed and one of them being the +.
I hope this helps
CC: @jadealombro this guide should be updated with the information I provided above.
Take Care 🙂

Hi @verano123 ,
So you want to trigger a popup when a visitor clicks on the button and the popup should contain the WPForms? If that is what you are trying to do then you will need a 3rd party plugin like Popup Maker
Here is a detailed guide for the same : https://wpforms.com/how-to-create-a-contact-form-popup-in-wordpress/
Do let me know if the information above helped.
Cheers 🙂
Hi @andrei0luca ,
The JS file punycode.min.js is a core file of WPForms which can be found under /wp-content/plugins/wpforms-lite/assets/js/
The file is a type of converter and is needed for WPForms to work normally. As per https://nodejs.org/api/punycode.html
“`Punycode is a character encoding scheme defined by RFC 3492 that is primarily intended for use in Internationalized Domain Names. Because host names in URLs are limited to ASCII characters only, Domain Names that contain non-ASCII characters must be converted into ASCII using the Punycode scheme. For instance, the Japanese character that translates into the English word, ‘example’ is ‘例’. The Internationalized Domain Name, ‘例.com’ (equivalent to ‘example.com’) is represented by Punycode as the ASCII string ‘xn--fsq.com’.
You can wait for a WPForms moderator for a more clear answer on this.

Hi @goldmaverick ,
Looking at the error message you sent it seems like there is some issue with the permission of the DB user. Check this screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/YHm5o4T.jpg , So make sure the DB user o3095443 has the necessary permissions.
Ref. https://docs.phpmyadmin.net/en/latest/privileges.htmlIf the above does not help, before we go ahead with some serious troubleshooting, first of all, please take a full backup of your site and make sure WPForms and Woocommerce Plugins are updated to the latest versions. If you do not see an update please navigate to WP Dashboard > Updates > Check Again
After updating the plugins check for any improvements. If you are not able to update the plugins because of the error or the issue still persists after updating the mentioned plugins to the latest version, then please follow the below troubleshooting guides:
1. Copy paste the below link in your browser and hit Enter

Hi @davidblood,
I hope you are doing well.
# is indeed a special character. As per my knowledge, it’s not possible to use input masks with Discord Handles/IDs. But here is a detailed guide on Input Masks https://wpforms.com/docs/how-to-use-custom-input-masks/ , give it a read and see if you can get a hint to possibly resolve the issue you are facing.
Have a great one
Cheers 🙂
Hi @moozolab ,
That is correct the issue happens when there is more than one instance of Captcha running on the site. As mentioned earlier did you tried to enable No Conflict Mode by navigating to Dashboard > WPForms > Settings > Captcha Tab> and Checkmark No Conflict Mode and then save the settings.
This should resolve your issue. Let me know how it goes.
Hi @latestsightings ,
You should use the Elementor Shortcode Widget to add your shortcodes.
Also, I see that you forgot the brackets with the shortcode, it should be like this [wpforms id=”440″] and not like wpforms id=”440″
Let me know if this helps.
Hi @astradelivery,
Check if you are using the latest version of WP Forms. If you do not see an update navigate to WP Dashboard > Updates > Check Again.
In case you are already on the latest version of WP Forms then this issue might be connected to your SMTP. Try using WP Mail SMTP by WPForms and use other SMTP’s like SendGrid and monitor the issue. If you stopped getting duplicate emails than we can conclude that’s your default SMTP that is triggering the duplicate entries. In this case contact your hosting/SMTP provider or just use 3rd party SMTP like SendGrid.
Hope this help.
