Manipur is one of the Indian states/provinces, in the NE, where the state sponsored violence is continuing for more than 2 months.

Here women are being mass raped, were paraded naked in open and the governments at the state level as well as at the center (Of the same party) says law and order will take strict actions against the culprits. Why such fascist actions are being resorted to? To divided the masses in name of religion and other identity politics, while empower the capitalist class, basically few monopoly capitalists, to plunder the working people, state and public property, natural resources of the country, with minimum hindrance or resistance.

This is happening globally, with some variations due to the local existing conditions, as the working class and its allies are weak ideologically and organizationally. The so called revolutionary, communist and the socialist parties have dumped class struggle, based on Marxism Leninism.

Class struggle of the working class means fight against the capitalist class, its state and establish its own state, when victorious after demolishing the enemy class state and construct (scientific) socialism, based on social ownership of the social wealth, inclusive of means of production and subsistence.

Why We Need Enver Hoxha Today?

We must have theoretical works, especially related to works on modern revisionism by Enver Hoxha and PLA to make the working and revolutionary people to appreciate how the revisionists sabotaged the socialist world from within, physically as well as ideologically, in USSR and later in the entire socialist world.

EH and PLA continuously worked against Titoites, later Khrushchevites and Maoism. These were various trends in the socialist camp, who after the death of Stalin, usurped the state power, negated the proletariat dictatorship and socialist construction in USSR and other socialist camps.

Today, these revisionist trends, including that of Trotskyites, are still prevalent among the present communist parties, knowingly or unknowingly. Unless a party based on Marxism-Leninism (And the works of JV Stalin in theory as well as during socialist construction in USSR, as the leader of CPSU, are the milestones of the proletarian class revolutionary ideology.), leads the proletariat revolution, success is not possible.

The importance of EH can’t be overlooked as he was not only the last known world leader of the proletarian class, but also the one who had interacted and worked with Stalin and other contemporary global communist leaders and saw the fall of the proletariat states one after the other, alongside the rise of the revisionists under the mask of unity.

EH upheld Stalin and his great contributions towards socialist building in USSR and allies. In addition, he continued the same policies in Albania.

Class Politics to do away caste politics

If you talk to the workers of the unorganized sectors, especially those who are working on daily basis to sustain themselves; like street hawkers, Taxi, E-rikshaw & Auto-Rikshaw drives, Home Delivery boys of various food & products, you will find a sizable section poisoned by RSS and corporate controlled media propaganda! By the way, the organized sector workers, including those who are in IT, HR are not very different. The top of the latter are, by and large, part of the “managerial” staff of the bourgeois class, who do not consider themselves ‘workers’, whom we do mention as white color or aristocrat workers! Economically, these workers are the lowest ‘self-sustainable’ part of the society, just short of becoming paupers, and possibly also socially, that is, in caste hierarchy, known as OBC (Other Backward Caste, who may consider themselves above Scheduled Caste) or SC (Scheduled Caste), the base of many regional parties, like JDU and RJD in Bihar, BSP and SP in UP. SC and ST (Scheduled Tribes), too, are roped into the fascist regime propaganda, rhetoric and jingoism, in addition to anti Muslim feelings! What happened and how this happened would be an important analysis for the revolutionary ideologues and parties, as that will help in forming their resistance against Fascism.

This rise of a section of the working class is the social base of the fascism in India and means to bypass the deep, irreconcilable contradiction in capitalism; which are mainly rise of the working and the oppressed people against the bourgeois class and the latter’s fall of profit rate dangerously. The extension of this social base is visible in all the departments of the state power and in so called pillars of the democracy.

The continuous work by the revolutionary forces among the proletarian class is essential to break the fascist noose. This can not be done directly opposing casteism and religion or nationalism but being with their economic and social problems, in their day-to-day resistance against pauperization, with efforts or goals towards polarization on class consciousness and unity.

Do not be under the impression that this process or progress will be in a smooth linear straight or curve line but with jerks, twists, forward and backward movements, quantitative and qualitative changes, from lower organism to higher ones in relatively short time due social and political situation.

Purpose is to prepare the working class and its revolutionary party for the forthcoming revolutionary situation and also continue the effort to influence on the present situation to develop it into the revolutionary situation. Yes, the Revolutionary Situation is an objective reality, while the revolutionary party and its works are subjective reality, but they do effect each-other.

Nuclear Warfare: Russia Ukraine War

In present imbroglio, when both the warring armies are able to hold defense lines against each other and yet carry on offensive assaults all the battle lines, more than 1000 Km, the world is inching towards Nuclear warfare, and once it starts, it will not be localized.

Incidents like Nord Stream gas pipeline sabotage, assassination bid on Putin in Moscow with Ukrainian UAV, other sabotages, like bombing Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant, PMC Wagner mutiny, etcetera the reality of Nuclear warfare becomes more concrete.

The West, under US imperialism, is least bothered about such probability, for reasons unknown, is a terrifying fact. The world proletariat is divided, lacks any revolutionary party’s leadership, lacks revolutionary ideology to save the world from the capitalist imperialist plunder and war and climate degeneration, which would become a major threat to the Earth in short time.

What is to be done? As earlier, back to Marxism Leninism and class politics, deepen a conscious class struggle to overthrow the capitalist regime, in any form, from social democracy to fascism.

Nuclear Holocaust can be avoided

Dear Comrades,

Our very existence, be it climate, humanity, the Earth (We need not worry beyond the Earth’s sphere for the time being!) is under serious threat, seriously. We do not have time to ponder over what is happening but to act.

This is by Sergei Karaganov, an important person in thinktanks of the Russian political and military affairs. And his solution is use of Nuclear weapon!

The ongoing war in Ukraine, waged by US and other 50 allies against Russia (Another capitalist country) in Ukraine. More important aspect of this war is that both sides are laden with enough Nuclear weapons to destroy the world many times.

The real enemy, as we, the Marxist-Leninists, know well is capitalism (In various forms, notoriously, monopoly capitalism, imperialism and even social democrats, which can be seen, how are they falling behind the war industries, oligarchs). The end of unemployment to war and from abject poverty to deep rooted superstition, and from terrorism to chains around the productive forces is only possible through class struggle, leading to Dictatorship of the Proletariat and construction of socialism based on social ownership of the entire social wealth (inclusive of all the means of production, etcetera).

Rise, unite and be part of class politics as soon as possible, leaving all the identity politics and petty-bourgeois aspirations.

Russia on Right Side of History?

Why the Marxist-Leninist intellectuals, the advanced section of the working class, the Communist parties are not in the forefront of the RF politics? Why at this junction of the massive turmoil (virtually III WW), we are satisfied by calling Russia to be on the right side of the history (may be true in comparison to the imperialist US) but neither upholding the Socialist USSR till CPSU was under the leadership of JV Stalin and nor talking about a fresh proletarian revolution, leading to DOP and construction of socialism?

Scientific Education is antagonistic in capitalism

Scientific Education

Capitalist class and its political agents, state’s bureaucracy, judiciary, cultural and religious forums, education institutions, NGOs know very well the effects of a scientific and logical analysis of history, past and present struggles of the masses against exploitation and injustice and their studies in schools and colleges.

They are mortally scared of a revolutionary ideology and oppose it with full might, in fact they destroy them, burn them physically and try to change the history, the revolutionary works of the politicians, philosophers, artists, poets and writers. They have also removed Darwin’s theory of evolution from the syllabus and bring unscientific astrology, palmistry and other religious books. This is not limited to India but is a global phenomenon and since ages.

The ruling class has always tried and won in its efforts to force its culture, religion, instill subservience among the ruled, political ideology based on discrimination and exploitation, despite being backward and archaic.

Solution is nothing but proletariat revolution, leading to destruction of the bourgeois state and its various institutions, forums, and build socialism with the scientific theory.

Enver Hoxha on Chinese Line against Modern Revisionism

Comrade Hysni and team went to Peking to discuss important issues, including Khrushchev and cliques revisionism. After his return, EH assessment on CPC and the mutual discussion can be summed up in his own words, “The views expressed about and assessments made of modern revisionism, the Titoite group, the Khrushchev group …….. were also identical with us. …. The necessity of the struggle against them was stressed with force both by our comrades and from the Chinese side… However, on the tactics of the struggle against revisionists, as they expressed themselves, there are some differences. In the Chinese line there are pronounced tendencies to softening, fear and passivity.“

Further, “Briefly, the Chinese comrades explain this on grounds that the Khrushchev group is strong economically and militarily, and is relying on the prestige of the Soviet union and the CPSU.” and, “Therefore, according to Chinese, allegedly we should accept even a formal unity and uphold this banner, and create an anti-imperialist front even with the revisionists.”

It is clear that it was not merely difference in CPC’s tactical line with that of PLA, as the later developments show us, but on ideologies, which the CPC embarked, which was in short, “preserve” capitalism and nationalism. If one calls this a tactical deviation or error of the CPC in bid to preserve unity and later try to help evolve a true CPs in USSR and other socialist countries from within and bring back socialist regime in these countries, it must be reminded that same CPC allied with the USA against Social Imperialist USSR in the name of defeating the latter.

Enver Hoxha on Khrushchev’s Pro-American Activities

EH in his “Reflections on China (Volume I)” gives us a small historical narrative which exposes Khrushchev’s mind set up. He had “defended” China against US on American-Chiang Kai-shek attack on China, in his dramatic manner. This he was to use in next USSR-China Congress, where the Khrushchevites were to demand “concessions” for having defended ‘brother’ country against imperialism and that CPSU was a Marxist-Leninist party.

But what he did to calm down the Americans (As well as the Yugoslavians; Tito and gang), on way to full restoration of capitalism in USSR?

“In order to diminish the bad effects which this declaration of his might have had among the Americans, Khrushchev the lackey yesterday attended a celebration at the American Embassy in Moscow, even at a time when the ambassador was absent. The President of the United States of America has never attended a celebration at the Soviet Embassy in Washington. This dirty scoundrel, Khrushchev, goes there every year.” 05 Jul, 1962 in the above quoted book.

This contemporary fact gives us not only the mind sets of the revisionists but even how they worked to befool the masses, party members, other communist parties of different countries, and yet to continue their revisionist agenda. EH not only continued supporting CPSU and Stalin but even DOP in his own country as a pre-requisit need for socialist building.
