For the most part, this blog is completely self-indulgent. It started as a way to talk about my hip replacement in my early 20’s, but now I think of it as more of a diary where I can vent my thoughts about living with chronic illnesses. I have convinced myself that this will be helpful for others, maybe even educational.

So, to those of you who never knew, and to those who do, my name is Catherine. I have lived with Juvenile Arthritis since birth, and these are my documented attempts at tackling the world with chronic illnesses.
