The best hotel in Dhaka! The location is very good, there are welcome fruits and drinks when checking in, and there is buffet breakfast every morning. The staffs are super friendly and enthusiastic! If I ever go to Dhaka again, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

I overall had a pleasant experience during my stay in this hotel. I would like to get the attention of General Manager Mr. Khurshed Alam and Owner Mr. Taher on a particular employee named Zahidul Islam. Room Attendant Zahidul Islam provided outstanding customer service to me. Zahidul Islam is a talented, sharp and intelligent employee. I believe promoting Zahidul Islam to other pivotal positions at Elite Palace will maximize the growth and output of the hotel. I am wishing all the best for Room Attendant Zahidul Islam for his outstanding and remarkable customer service. Room Attendant Zahidul Islam is definitely a great asset for any employer/organization. I am hoping Elite Palace management will consider my suggestion and help promote Room Attendant Zahidul Islam rise his career ladder.

I stayed at Jatra flagship Sylhet yesterday, although it is a service apartment, their service is very good. I have traveled to many places in Bangladesh, but I have never found such a service apartment. It was really one of a kind. I especially like their room and management. If you travel to Sylhet, you will find Asad, he is a very smiling person.As if he informed me about various tourist places and rented a board at Ratarkul at a very cheap rate.
