They have a 9.9 rating on the door, but deserve a 10. Super friendly, comfortable place. Excellent breakfast and location.

My favorite Italian destination - from the warmth of the family-run hotel. Luigi's family and staff go out of their way to accommodate and take care of guests: Very professional. Always bearing a gentle smile. Most considerate and kind. The hotel feels so clean and new. The shower pressure, the air conditioning, all work to perfection. There is also a lift for those who may need it. The incredibly generous portions and variety of breakfast is something I shall miss, for one. The fresh figs from the trees and neighbouring goats, for two. I had just left their hotel, and checked into a five star hotel in Naples, and I so miss the family's hospitality already! It felt like a special treat away from home, on the Amalfi Coast. Highly recommend as a well-run, sophisticated and top-class holiday destination. They have a complimentary shuttle that takes guests to and fro Praiano's town centre, or to the Marina di Praia for beach lovers where there are a few cute restaurants on the waterfront/ exciting water taxi rides; and also a drop-off point to walk down into the famous and stunning Positano town. I was able to visit Capri, Ravello, Amalfi, Positano and Praiano's town activities from the recommendations of Federico and Alexia, of which, the experiences I would treasure for a long long time. Do try the restaurant upstairs too, I loved all the fish dishes. Last, but not least, there was a concert at sunrise this morning, and Alexia did not hesitate to drive me at 5.50a.m to attend! At the beginning of August, there seems to have many town activities in particular. The luminaria was another interesting event to watch, lighting up the Praiano town centre and the church of San Genaro.

Beautiful Masseria, very thoughtfully designed. We had a lovely and peaceful experience. Incredibly gracious hosts, dinner and breakfast were excellent.

Borgo dei Gatti in Golferenzo is a magical place to relax and to experience all the joys of the Italian countryside along with a lovely spa. There is a cat who welcomed us and visited each morning and evening. Paola, the hostess, is a gem of a soul— so thoughtful and sweet and charming! The daily breakfast in a basket is a feast! The pool has a lovely view. The various places to eat are splendid. It is a quiet, relaxing and rejuvenating experience to stay there. It’s location is off the beaten track, yet just 1/2 from the train station, where they picked us up. As an American, I loved every charming detail— all very reasonably priced for an absolutely splendid experience! I would give it 20 stars or more!

Very friendly and helpful hosts, a beautiful and comfortable hotel with a mainly antique interior and beautifully arranged furniture. Very nice region, close to Lago di Garda. We had an excellent breakfast on the terrace, with lake view. We'll come back, thank you!

It was like living in a dream. So special , also the restaurant was great The family lives these and this place is their heart We booked for one night and extended for another night For sure I will be back to this wonderful place full of Love

I loveeed this place. It was kind of magical. Since it is locating in the middle of the island everywhere was reachable and reception helped me a lot with taxi arrangements. I really recommend this place not just because the place itself was amazing but everyone who are working here are very kind, helpful and genuine. They even prepared a breakfast bag and left it the night before since i was leaving early in the morning. Thank you everyone especially Nadia😊 hope to stay there again.

We loved our stay. The room was clean and suited our needs perfectly, but the real highlight was the staff at the property. Lucio went out of his way to make our morning breakfasts a core memory of our honeymoon. We will be recommending this stay to anyone looking to book along the Amalfi Coast!

Locanda Milia is a place out of a fairytale. You arrive and immediately feel calm and at peace. The whole place is a highlight in itself. From the unique cellar bar, the delicious food and the impeccable rooms. The owner and the whole crew were really lovely people and we felt really welcome. We did different trips up Mount Etna and simply loved it. We will definitely come back. Outstanding experience! 10/10

We originally booked L’Ottava Goccia for three nights and ended up staying a fourth, that says it all. This place has a truly special soul. It carries a unique and thoughtful character, where every detail reflects the heart and dedication of its owners. There is a beautiful wabi-sabi feeling here, an imperfect perfection that makes the space human, warm, and real. The design feels organic and evolving, like a living space that continues to grow. Above all, you can feel the love for the place and the sincere care for the guests in every corner. Roberto and his son Andrea speak excellent English, and we truly enjoyed our conversations with them. The dinners they prepared were delicious, served with soft music in the background beside the crackling fireplace where our dog peacefully rested. We left the place with a warm feeling, energized to continue our vacation in Italy.
