May 5th: Release of The Great Book of Chocolate which is now available for pre-order from your local book seller as well as Bookshop and Barnes & Noble.

There may be a book tour this month in the U.S. for The Great Book of Chocolate, as well as the new version of Ready for Dessert, which will be announced here as well as in my newsletter. Stay tuned!
