Brenna Sniderman leads the Center for Integrated Research, where she oversees Deloitte’s cross-industry thought leadership. In this capacity, she leads a team of researchers focused on global shifts in digital transformation, trust, climate, and the future of work—in other words, how organizations can operate and strategize amid digital, cultural, environmental, and workplace transformation.

Monika is a research leader with the Deloitte Center for Integrated Research. She has two decades of experience building and leading high-performing teams and driving research focused on workforce trends and emerging technologies. Her work is cited in prominent platforms, including MIT Sloan Management Review, The Wall Street Journal, and Thrive Global. A frequent speaker on technology, women, and leadership, Monika collaborates with other thought leaders, industry executives, and academic institutions to develop conceptual frameworks and quantitative models that illuminate the implications of advanced technologies on human behavior and organizational performance.

Brad Kreit is a research leader with the Deloitte Center for Integrated Research where he focuses on the future of work. He is based in San Jose.

Abha Kulkarni is an assistant manager with the Deloitte Center for Integrated Research, Deloitte Services India Pvt. Ltd. She supports the Future of Work campaign by analyzing workforce data across industries and regions. Her primary focus is on applying quantitative research techniques to enable data-driven research insights.
