As featured in our DrupalCon New Orleans session, new content types for managing documentation are coming to Drupal.org. Our initial deployment of the Documentation Guides and Documentation pages will be to get the content types in place so that we can adjust the top level organization of documentation guides. We will follow up with a migration process for the existing book pages.

Backout plan: As these are new content types there should be no need to revert. We will roll up fixes as needed.
